★ Check-Out Reminder ★
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requires approval and may incur the following charges:

-AED 150 per hour until 1:00 PM
-AED 600 per hour after 1:00 PM

★ No Smoking Indoors ★
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment or with balcony doors open. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a cleaning fee of AED 2,000–3,000. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with doors closed.

★ Access Cards ★
All access and parking cards must be returned in good condition at check-out. Lost cards will be charged a replacement fee of AED 500 per card.

★ Damages & Linen Care ★
Guests are responsible for any damages. Broken items (such as glassware, plates, décor, or small appliances) or linens that are permanently stained beyond cleaning will have a replacement fee ranging from AED 60 to AED 500, depending on the item. A full set replacement may be required if needed.
