Welcome to our Cozy Coastal Cabana, located at Edgewater Beach Resort. (Unit 906, located in Tower 3) This is the way visiting the beach should be. Sit back and relax in this beautifully decorated and designed condo with plenty of cozy beach vibes. You won't ever want to leave this COZY one bedroom and two bathroom BEACH OASIS with SPECTACULAR floor to ceiling views of the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast and some of the best sunsets you will find anywhere.

This 9th floor condo sleeps up to six guests and it features two full baths with NEWLY tiled, walk-in showers with rainfall shower heads in each bathroom.

The SPACIOUS bedroom is HUGE and features a king bed, flat screen, smart TV, and private master bath with walk in shower and wand for getting that excess sand off your kiddos after a long day at the beach. The master boasts amazing views with floor to ceiling windows and a beach view right from your bed! We added a cozy sitting area next to the bed for morning coffee's and evening sunsets.

In the living room, you'll find a queen bed with memory foam mattress, nestled inside the quaint console under the flat-screen TV.

We also added built in beach themed bunk beds this spring and they are a kid FAVORITE. Each bunk is equipped with its own light and plugins/ USB for electronic devices.

If you love to cook or just want a great gathering space for the family, the kitchen and dining area is the perfect space for entertainment. Whether it's for dinner or for family game night, there is a dining room table and bar seating, which is perfect for breakfast or a quick bite to eat. The kitchen features appliances, including refrigerator, oven/stove top, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The furnished balcony is perfect watching sunsets, the beach, and pool deck. Edgewater is a perfectly placed, centrally located resort along Panama City Beach, with tons of amenities in either direction. Pier Park is minutes to the west and St. Andrew’s State Park is to the east.

There are plenty of local shopping and restaurants located close to Edgewater, including FireFly, Dee’s Hangout, among others located within walking distance.

For your convenience, this unit comes with a washer and dryer, free WiFi, a stocked coffee area, and room to make all the memories.

Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the ONLY full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Come golf at the gulf!
