Smoky Modern has three beautiful bedrooms, a living room, dining room, full kitchen, laundry, game room, and two full bathrooms. The spacious deck has a hot tub, dining table and couch for gathering with friends and family.

BEDROOM 1 is the primary suite, located on the second floor. You'll enjoy slumbering in the king-sized bed in this spacious room or lounging in the plush armchair while watching your favorite streaming shows on the 55" Roku TV. The console table shelves and baskets, along with a large closet, provide plenty of space to unpack and settle into your private suite. The armchair converts into a full-size twin bed. Stashed in the closet is a rollaway twin bed that offers another sleeping option for the bedroom or could be set up in the games room. The ensuite bathroom is beautifully designed in moody black tile with gold accents, that provide calming, spa-like elegance.

BEDROOM 2 boasts another king-sized bed. Located on the first floor, it has easy access to the shared bathroom. A leather wingback armchair offers the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the view of the backyard woods, searching for a glimpse of the neighborhood bear, or whiling away the time watching movies or live TV on your 55" Roku TV. A closet and storage cabinet provide space to unpack and settle in.

BEDROOM 3 is also located on the first floor and offers a queen-sized bed and plush upholstered armchair. Another 55" Roku TV is ready to keep you entertained when you're not sleeping under the elegant 400 thread count cotton sheets. The shared bathroom is conveniently located outside your bedroom door. A closet and console table drawers provide space to unpack and settle in.

KITCHEN & DINING: The large chef's kitchen contains all the equipment you need to whip up feasts for your friends and family. The wraparound quartz countertop provides ample space for food prep and serving close to the 8-seat dining table. When the weather is pleasant the dining room door opens up to the spacious deck where another 8-seat table is ready to host al fresco meals. A gas grill on the deck and a charcoal grill next to the parking area make every culinary option available to the foodies in the group.

LIVING ROOM: Your friends and family will gather in the living room to enjoy an evening in front of the fireplace or a movie on the 65" Roku TV. The beautiful sectional leather sofa has ample space for the entire group to spend time together.

DECK / HOT TUB: When the natural beauty draws you outside, the deck reaches into the trees providing a leafy escape to relax in the 5-person hot tub, enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table, sit a spell in the rocking chairs or gather on the outdoor sofa to soak in the sun and scenery.

GAME ROOM: When it's time to come inside, the open loft is a perfect place for a game of pool. Beanbags offer kids a fun place to sit and read or play from the selection of board games provided. You'll be enticed to bring your morning coffee up to the loft and swivel the leather armchairs around to take in the views of the forest and catch a glimpse of the mountains from the best view in the house.
