Two living rooms offer space to hang out, a dedicated dining room makes group meals easy, and the full kitchen is stocked and ready for everything from coffee to cocktails. Each of the four bedrooms offers a comfy place to land, including a bunk room with a desk setup and plenty of room for the whole crew.

We use a smart lock system for your convenience. Guests will receive a unique code prior to check-in, so you can arrive anytime after check-in with zero stressâno keys needed.

Despite the central location, the neighborhood stays peaceful and quietâperfect for morning walks, evening drinks on the porch, or a break from the summer buzz. Youâll feel right at home in no time.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
ï»ż- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
