We travel to Belton quite often during this time of the year. This house was probably one of the best properties we have stayed at. This was equally felt by all who stayed there this weekend

This duplex was amazing. I'm not sure where to start. It is beautiful, super clean, all the rooms were large, plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, the beds and linens comfy, and the kitchen had everything you might need. We were five adults in town for a wedding, and there was plenty of space for everyone and also very convenient to Belton's town square. Kelly, our host, was also very responsive before, during and after our stay.

House is ideal for family and pets. Nice yard. Nice furnishings. Challenging entertainment system. Had intermittent WiFi and difficulty watching tv Sat eve and during day on Sun (WiFi lost connection many times). Neighbors were very loud (thin wall between duplexes) all day Sunday. Street / other homes on street a bit run down.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home’s furnishings, spacious yard, and pet-friendly setup. We’re sorry you experienced challenges with the WiFi during your stay. The day after your departure, we upgraded the property to Spectrum to provide a stronger, more reliable connection for future guests. Regarding noise, the home is a solidly built duplex with foam-insulated walls, and most guests find it quiet and comfortable. I was in touch with you throughout your stay by text, and I wish you had mentioned the neighbor issue at the time — I would have gladly reached out to help. We appreciate your comments and are committed to making each guest’s stay enjoyable.

The property was clean and just as described. We have no complaints other than the wall between us and next door neighbor was thin. We had teenagers with us and felt very restricted it was hard to relax. We got there late because we had a 4 hour drive, getting there before midnight. We were unloading and trying to get settled in with excited teenagers. The neighbor knocked on the wall immediately. It wasn’t even midnight yet. We were just talking in the living room. Voices echoed due to concrete floor. But when the neighbors got up in the morning, they were extremely loud and slamming doors. Didn’t bother me because I was already up. Just thought it was hypocritical. Other than that, it was great. Oh and there was no creamer for coffee. Had to use kerig due to bagged coffee was opened and dry. Sugar was also an open bag. Nothing else was available. Some bottled water, adequate coffee supplies and snacks other than 3 fig newtons and 1 pop tart. Communication with owner was prompt and informative. Home/duplex was very clean. Will not stay in another duplex again due to neighbors. It is in an older neighborhood and definitely the nicest house in the area. Location was great for us being so close to University. That’s why we picked it.

Thank you for your feedback and for noting that the home was very clean, accurately described, and that communication was prompt. We’re sorry to hear you felt restricted during your stay. Had we known about the concern with the neighbor or that you needed additional coffee supplies, creamer, water, or snacks, we would have been happy to address those items right away. We’re always just a message or phone call away and want our guests to be comfortable. We appreciate you staying with us and are glad the location near the university worked well for your visit.
