Bienvenidos a Cozumel, l'île vierge des Caraïbes où le paysage est impeccable, la plongée sous-marine est incomparable et les temps exceptionnels sont d'un centime.

Pendant votre séjour, vous pourriez vous retrouver en train de profiter de couchers de soleil étincelants depuis la plage privée de Residencias, depuis les chaises confortables de votre balcon ou depuis le patio sur le toit exclusif, tous accessibles par cette chambre, cette unité de bain.

Situé sur la plage de San Francisco, Residencias Reef se compose de quatre complexes de condos qui entourent deux piscines chauffées.

Notre unité, 8240, repose sur la terrasse du deuxième étage qui surplombe la piscine et la plage, pointant directement à l'endroit où le soleil se couche.

8240 est entièrement meublé et prêt à vous accueillir confortablement aussi longtemps que votre cœur le désire.

Il y a quelques restaurants de club de plage à distance de marche du condo, bien qu'ils aient tendance à fermer boutique une fois que les foules de bateaux de croisière se dirigent l'après-midi.

Pour cette raison, la plupart des locataires préfèrent s'approvisionner en épicerie à leur arrivée, ou avoir le service de livraison pour eux! Les épiceries de l'île proposent des produits exceptionnels, du poisson et de la viande frais et une grande variété de boissons, dont du vin, de l'alcool, de la bière et, bien sûr, de la tequila.

we love this property so much. the condo has everything you could want - i especially love the cold and hot water despencer. the property is quiet and the two pools are lovely. susan our host was easy to work with and very prompt to answer any questions we had- we will stay here again and share this property with our friends!

Well appointed and well kept place

My husband and I just spent 9 days at this condo and it was really great. Comfortable bed, great views, well appointed, and bonus for divers - they have a drying rack on the patio. Will definitely be back.

The place to stay in Cozumel

This was our 3rd year of enjoying this fabulous property. Will definitely return. Great unit, uncrowded beach, easy access to adjacent dock for diving or other water activities. Owner, property manager and resort staff the best!

Beautiful property on fabulous beach

Condo is well stocked and everything was ready for us just to relax and enjoy. It has nice amenities that not all in the complex do including a vonage phone and upgraded patio furniture. Very accommodating owners who insure a great experience. We will definitely stay again.

Always a Terrific Stay!

We stayed at this property before and always enjoy ourselves. The condo is perfectly positioned and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Schedule grocery delivery and chef services through Cozumel Chef, massages with Amavel and diving through Scuba Du - you won't be disappointed. Extra bonus - divers can get picked-up from the Secrets pier (adjacent to the condo property), which shortens travel to the reefs considerably. This is a great place - book it!

Another week in paradise

Residencias Reef never fails to impress. The grounds are immaculate and the units are clean and well maintained. Susan is extremely responsive and accommodating to her guests. We consistently rent here and are returning guests to this unit. We highly recommend for a relaxing, enjoyable respite.

A calm and beautiful oasis in bustling Cozumel

Residencias Reef is a quiet and well appointed property on a beautiful beach. Susan’s condo is clean, well equipped, and has a lovely view of the beach and main pool. Susan, Luis and Sindy are so helpful and responsive. This is our 4th time at Residencias Reef and our second stay at Susan’s and recommend her condo without hesitation. We’ll be back!

Perfect for us! The location is ideal. The view, the beach, the condo all great!

We love this location! We used the nearby pier for diving pickups, snorkeled from our beach, used the gorgeous pools. The property is so well maintained and quiet. This condo was great. It has a very nicely equipped kitchen. Two bathroom sinks with large counter space is so useful for 2 people. The king bed was very comfortable. The bottled water was greatly appreciated. We used our 2nd level balcony constantly! The view is so addictive. Thank you for a perfect stay. We will be back.

Property is wonderful, balcony overlooks pool and ocean. Management had a bowl of fruit. drinks and cheese in the refrigerator. Louis contacted me the day of arrival and showed me how to use the television. Without a car trips to town can be expensive as there is no public transportation. Beautiful island, would recommend for a relaxing vacation.

First Time in Cozumel

Our trip was great. We loved the island, Residentias Reef, and the condo. It was very well laid out and had everything we needed. Susan is the greatest. She worked with us on changing our dates because of the pandemic. Luis, the manager, arranged for a lab to come to the condo for our COIVI test we needed to fly home. There are great restaurants around. Susan has everything mapped out for renters in a handy book. We had a wonderful 2 weeks and look forward to coming back. Thank you.

Beautiful Cozumel

First of all let me say Susan is an amazing host. I had many questions before, during, and after our trip. She answered all of them right away. She also has Luis the on site manager available to help with any questions or concerns. The condo was lovely. Beautiful ocean view. A very nice balcony to enjoy breakfast in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Diving is also convenient. Just around the corner within walking distance. I’m so glad we were finally able to make our trip. Thank you Susan!

Fabulous stay

We loved this condo. It was super well appointed and had a lovely view of the ocean. My teen daughter just loved the bean bag queen bed, she slept super comfortably and will make us buy one for her next birthday! Lots of pots and pans (unscratched!) for the cook in the family, although we mostly ate out. We had 3 Garafons of water upon arrival which was lovely. Susan was a great host and it was a pleasure chatting with her and she kindly allowed us to check in early since our flight was arriving in the morning. Oh, internet was fast and worked perfectly all week. As always, Residencias Reef if an amazing complex, the grounds are immaculate and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is adding blinds on the balcony like most other units. The balcony becomes blazing hot in the afternoon sun and can’t be used from 2pm until 5 pm. All in all a fabulous stay, we loved the unit!

Home away from home

My husband and I stayed here with our 8 year old son. It is a beautiful and well maintained property. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place, this is it! There was never a shortage of loungers at the beach and the view is amazing. For lunch each day we walked down the beach to the beach clubs and our son played on all of the inflatable slides, etc in the water (there were not many kids at Residecias Reef) . Each night we went into town for dinner ( La Cocay, Casa Mission, Guidos and Buccanos) The guys at the gate were very helpful and got us a taxi each night. As for the condo, everything was as expected! Luis met us right when we arrived and showed us everything we needed to know. We did not cook at all while we were here, but everything you would need to cook is available. We used a service that shopped for everything we did need, and they delivered it right to the condo. Our son slept on the couch, and he said it was very comfortable, as was our bed. The washer/dryer was great to have in the condo. The balcony has a spectacular view and was where we started and ended our days. We will definitely be coming back to this condo! Amazing place!

A calm oasis away from the chaos of Cozumel downtown

A fantastic location some distance away from the main downtown area of Cozumel. The grounds are well cared for and there is a front gate to keep anyone out not expected. The apartment has anything you could require for a long stay, it's well maintained, cared for, comfortable and relaxing. There is an immediate sea view off the balcony which would be difficult to get bored of. The host Susan was very patient with my questions leading into the stay and came back promptly to everything I asked. The condo manager Luis was available when needed and the mid week clean was performed to a high standard. Points of note - the kitchen area has pretty much any utensil you could need, we had a small accident with the coffee pot, offered to pay for a replacement and were told not to worry about it. The shower is wonderful with great pressure and lots of space being an open style. The bedroom and bed is very large, plenty of drawers and cupboards for storage of clothes. Internet was rock solid and fast, decent TV and apps available. There is an assortment of snorkelling gear in the apartment for use. The beach directly in front of the complex is ok for swimming but doesn't offer a lot in the way of snorkelling opportunities. Also note that the nearby beach club means that on cruise days, there will be jetskis/wave runners back and forth in front of the beach past the buoys all day. You tune it out but worth mentioning - it in no way detracts from the overall stay. We will be back!!!

After shivering away for sixty plus winters in the Rocky Mountains, I had enough of the snow and cold weather. A quick remedy to the winter blues was a Caribbean condo; makes sense, right? Attracted to the temperate weather and the ocean teeming with colorful fish and coral, I knew Cozumel was the only place that I wanted to be.
