Bienvenidos a Cozumel, l'Ăźle vierge des CaraĂŻbes oĂč le paysage est impeccable, la plongĂ©e sous-marine est incomparable et les temps exceptionnels sont d'un centime.

Pendant votre séjour, vous pourriez vous retrouver en train de profiter de couchers de soleil étincelants depuis la plage privée de Residencias, depuis les chaises confortables de votre balcon ou depuis le patio sur le toit exclusif, tous accessibles par cette chambre, cette unité de bain.

Situé sur la plage de San Francisco, Residencias Reef se compose de quatre complexes de condos qui entourent deux piscines chauffées.

Notre unitĂ©, 8240, repose sur la terrasse du deuxiĂšme Ă©tage qui surplombe la piscine et la plage, pointant directement Ă  l'endroit oĂč le soleil se couche.

8240 est entiĂšrement meublĂ© et prĂȘt Ă  vous accueillir confortablement aussi longtemps que votre cƓur le dĂ©sire.

Il y a quelques restaurants de club de plage Ă  distance de marche du condo, bien qu'ils aient tendance Ă  fermer boutique une fois que les foules de bateaux de croisiĂšre se dirigent l'aprĂšs-midi.

Pour cette raison, la plupart des locataires préfÚrent s'approvisionner en épicerie à leur arrivée, ou avoir le service de livraison pour eux! Les épiceries de l'ßle proposent des produits exceptionnels, du poisson et de la viande frais et une grande variété de boissons, dont du vin, de l'alcool, de la biÚre et, bien sûr, de la tequila.

It was perfect!

It was a perfect vacation for our family of 4! Susan (the owner) was informative from the beginning and provided a delightful food basket ready at our arrival. The condo itself was beautiful—great view of the ocean and nicely furnished. Our boys (7 & 9) happily slept on the provided blow up mattress, and we slept great in the comfortable bed. We visited during a less busy time of year (late October) and frequently had the beach and the pool to ourselves. The condo is in the perfect location—away from the business of the town/cruise ships unloading but a short drive for when you want to go in for activities, food, etc. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. We arranged for a home cooked meal when we arrived, which we highly recommend, especially if your flight gets in on the later side. We will definitely be looking to go back as soon as we can! There’s so much to do and see in Cozumel, and this was the ideal place for it!

My husband and I just spent 9 days at this condo and it was really great. Comfortable bed, great views, well appointed, and bonus for divers - they have a drying rack on the patio. Will definitely be back.

A calm oasis away from the chaos of Cozumel downtown

A fantastic location some distance away from the main downtown area of Cozumel. The grounds are well cared for and there is a front gate to keep anyone out not expected. The apartment has anything you could require for a long stay, it's well maintained, cared for, comfortable and relaxing. There is an immediate sea view off the balcony which would be difficult to get bored of. The host Susan was very patient with my questions leading into the stay and came back promptly to everything I asked. The condo manager Luis was available when needed and the mid week clean was performed to a high standard. Points of note - the kitchen area has pretty much any utensil you could need, we had a small accident with the coffee pot, offered to pay for a replacement and were told not to worry about it. The shower is wonderful with great pressure and lots of space being an open style. The bedroom and bed is very large, plenty of drawers and cupboards for storage of clothes. Internet was rock solid and fast, decent TV and apps available. There is an assortment of snorkelling gear in the apartment for use. The beach directly in front of the complex is ok for swimming but doesn't offer a lot in the way of snorkelling opportunities. Also note that the nearby beach club means that on cruise days, there will be jetskis/wave runners back and forth in front of the beach past the buoys all day. You tune it out but worth mentioning - it in no way detracts from the overall stay. We will be back!!!

A calm and beautiful oasis in bustling Cozumel

Residencias Reef is a quiet and well appointed property on a beautiful beach. Susan’s condo is clean, well equipped, and has a lovely view of the beach and main pool. Susan, Luis and Sindy are so helpful and responsive. This is our 4th time at Residencias Reef and our second stay at Susan’s and recommend her condo without hesitation. We’ll be back!

Fabulous stay

We loved this condo. It was super well appointed and had a lovely view of the ocean. My teen daughter just loved the bean bag queen bed, she slept super comfortably and will make us buy one for her next birthday! Lots of pots and pans (unscratched!) for the cook in the family, although we mostly ate out. We had 3 Garafons of water upon arrival which was lovely. Susan was a great host and it was a pleasure chatting with her and she kindly allowed us to check in early since our flight was arriving in the morning. Oh, internet was fast and worked perfectly all week. As always, Residencias Reef if an amazing complex, the grounds are immaculate and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is adding blinds on the balcony like most other units. The balcony becomes blazing hot in the afternoon sun and can’t be used from 2pm until 5 pm. All in all a fabulous stay, we loved the unit!

Always a Terrific Stay!

We stayed at this property before and always enjoy ourselves. The condo is perfectly positioned and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Schedule grocery delivery and chef services through Cozumel Chef, massages with Amavel and diving through Scuba Du - you won't be disappointed. Extra bonus - divers can get picked-up from the Secrets pier (adjacent to the condo property), which shortens travel to the reefs considerably. This is a great place - book it!

Property is wonderful, balcony overlooks pool and ocean. Management had a bowl of fruit. drinks and cheese in the refrigerator. Louis contacted me the day of arrival and showed me how to use the television. Without a car trips to town can be expensive as there is no public transportation. Beautiful island, would recommend for a relaxing vacation.

Great place

Great, clean place. It's a little of a nuisance that you have to go around the building to to the beach but the view more than makes up for that. Place was the quietest we've ever been and we were maybe 2 of 4 on the beach. Maybe the time of year? Don't know but definitely enjoyed an uncrowded beach. Guards and all folks are very nice and helpful. Great experience! Will definitely be back. Beach is a bit rocky and there was a lot of sargazo but that's not the owner's fault. There's also a nice gift package which was great considering how tired you are after your travel. A little ways out of town but that's a good thing. Plan ahead for a rental car because most places within walking distance close at 5pm. Too early for us to have dinner so we rented a car. It made for a better experience as we could travel everywhere and try a different place to eat every day. You have to try Doña Chelys! It's a hole in the wall place but it is amazing and within walking distance AND the cheapest you'll eat anywhere on the island.

Perfect Cozumel Getaway!

First, the LOCATION of Residencias Reef Condos is exceptional. It's far enough south of town to be peaceful, but close enough to easily access stores/restaurants in San Miguel. We rented a car for the week, but taxis are also an affordable option, especially if you plan to drink alcohol with your meals. The condo itself has everything you could possibly need or want while on a beach vacation. The view from the balcony area is gorgeous, and the panorama from the rooftop is phenomenal! The bedroom has its own cooling unit, the mattress is comfortable, and there are even additional bamboo memory foam pillows available. The bathroom was very nice, with separate sinks, a large shower with great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and dual entry doors from the bedroom and the kitchen. Plenty of pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, appliances, gadgets, staple spices/oils were available in the kitchen, and everything we used seemed to be in working order. Upon our arrival, we discovered a Welcome Gift Basket with fresh fruit, crackers & nuts, as well as cheese and cold beer in the fridge! There were cloth shopping bags located in the cleaning closet for grocery shopping. We brought our own ocean gear, but there are plenty of masks, snorkels, and fins on hand. The beach and pool areas were well-maintained and uncrowded, with lots of lounge chairs and tables. Beach sunsets were magnificent! I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about our stay at this property. I only wish we could've stayed longer!

After shivering away for sixty plus winters in the Rocky Mountains, I had enough of the snow and cold weather. A quick remedy to the winter blues was a Caribbean condo; makes sense, right? Attracted to the temperate weather and the ocean teeming with colorful fish and coral, I knew Cozumel was the only place that I wanted to be.

Having spent the better part of a decade visiting Cozumel, I have had the chance to stay at many different resorts, condos, and hotels. Residencias Reef is simply the best. It has all the best Cozumel has to offer, with none of the headache, hype, or drunken hysteria of other touristy destinations in Mexico.
