This cozy apartment with its modern design is a comfortable place to stay while enjoying the experience of Philly. This apt features 2 large bedrooms along with balcony access for our guests to unwind. This unit is ideally located 15-20 minutes from Center City and the airport for a convenient stay and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, an in unit washer and dryer, along with board games for entertainment, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, towels, & more to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

This is a private unit, you will have the entire 2 bed 2 bath to yourself. There is a washer and dryer in unit. There is a smart lock provided for the guests. There is a private patio in the back as well.
You will access the unit with a code that we will provide and use a keypad on the front door to let yourself in and out.

Please note this apartment is located in the north part of Philadelphia. We strive to provide a safe and quiet environment for our guests, but cannot control what happens outside. Please do research on the area prior to booking, as we do not provide a refund on the area. Please note, there is only street parking available.

We don't provide any laundry detergent during the stay.
Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (e.g., toiletries, food, beverages) after the initial supply provided.

ID Requirement: As per our policy, we kindly request the IDs of all individuals who are booking the accommodation.

Secure Smart-Lock Check-In: You will receive a secure smart lock code prior to your arrival, allowing for a smooth and convenient check-in process.
Parking: There is only street parking avaialble.

Pet Policy: If you are bringing a pet, please be aware that there is a pet fee of $125 per pet. For a second pet, an additional charge of $125 applies. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we require a photo of your pet as well as their vet records. Please note that only dogs are allowed for long-term stays, while cats are allowed for stays under 3 months.

We only provide extra linens when you let us know prior to arriving. There are no extra linens for the sofa beds, or any air mattresses if we do not have sufficient occupancy booked prior.

Please note only the living room has a TV and the couch may have been changed for a new one after being damaged recently. Please inquire about this prior to booking the unit.
