This apartment is located in South Philadelphia. While we strive to provide a safe and quiet environment, we cannot control activities outside the unit. We strongly encourage you to research the area before booking, as cancellations or refunds based on location cannot be honored.

Parking:
Please note that only street parking is available for this unit.

Smart Lock Check-In:
A secure smart-lock code will be provided prior to your arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in experience.

Consumables:
Initial supplies (e.g., toiletries, food, beverages) are provided at check-in. Guests are responsible for restocking their own consumables during their stay.

ID Requirement:
We require valid ID(s) from all guests listed on the reservation in accordance with our booking policy.

Pet Policy:
We welcome pets with the following guidelines:

$125 per pet

Additional $125 for a second pet

Vet records and a photo of your pet are required

Dogs are allowed for long-term stays; cats are only permitted for stays under 3 months

Linens:
Extra linens are available upon request prior to arrival. Please note: we do not provide extra linens for sofa beds or air mattresses unless the booking reflects sufficient guest occupancy.

Living Room TV:
The TV is located in the living room only. Please inquire prior to booking if you'd like to confirm the current status of the couch, as it may have been recently replaced.
