Whether you`re relaxing on the porch swing or ferrying off to island adventures, Core Sound Retreat is your tranquil escape on the Carolina coast.

We are pet friendly! Please bring your pup (or two!) along with you. There is a $200 fee that covers your whole stay.

House Rules

• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

• Furry friends are welcome! But please keep pets off the furniture so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests.

• Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays enjoyable for everyone.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are provided specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• Grill Use: You’re welcome to enjoy the grill during your stay! Please leave it in the same condition you found it—cleaned and brushed after use. A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if additional cleaning is required.

• Starter kit provided with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age is 25 years old to book at this property.

TRASH & RECYCLING

Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.

If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.
