Cette maison en rangée est une construction relativement récente, et elle a été maintenue en excellent état, une propriété idéale pour un groupe mature et respectueux. Vous constaterez que cette propriété est bien conçue, architecturalement parlant et remplie de finitions et de meubles de première qualité. Les installations sur place comprennent une piscine d'été et 2 grands bains à remous ouverts en été ainsi que la saison de ski en hiver. Dans la maison en rangée elle-même, il y a deux niveaux de logements confortables, y compris deux salons! Le rez-de-chaussée comprend de hauts plafonds et un plan ouvert qui combine salon, salle à manger et cuisine dans une grande pièce très spacieuse et agréable à vivre. Il y a une demi-salle de bain à ce niveau pour plus de commodité. En outre, la salle de la boue est un endroit idéal pour le stockage de votre équipement. Sur la porte arrière de la maison, vous avez un patio avec barbecue, une belle pelouse qui entoure la propriété. Le niveau supérieur comprend les 3 chambres, les 3 salles de bains, la buanderie et le salon supérieur. Ce salon supérieur est un grand et bel espace qui non seulement fournit une marge supplémentaire aux groupes pour s’étendre et se détendre, mais il sépare également la chambre principale du roi des deux autres. La chambre principale King est une suite comprenant une télévision haute définition, un balcon privé avec vue sur le coucher du soleil et une jolie salle de bain privée. La salle de bain principale dispose de deux lavabos, d'une baignoire à jets et d'une douche séparée. La deuxième chambre a un lit Queen et salle de bain privée. La troisième chambre a un cadre de journal 2 lits superposés, HDTV et balcon privé. La salle de bain de cette chambre est ouverte sur le salon supérieur, afin que les maîtres roi et reine puissent rester privés. Le salon supérieur a un beau canapé-lit qui est nouveau à l'été 2017. La zone de la piscine et du bain à remous est une promenade courte et facile à la porte d'entrée, et a une grande zone herbeuse où les enfants peuvent jouer. Il y a des vestiaires et des toilettes à la piscine, avec de nombreux meubles de jardin, des chaises longues pour bronzer, des parasols et même un coin salon couvert pour ceux qui veulent rester à l'abri du soleil. Cet emplacement est situé dans le village de montagne. Vous pourrez également vous rendre facilement aux quartiers de la télécabine et de la place du temps de ski, mais une navette gratuite desservant la ville vous permettra de vous rendre facilement à la maison en rangée. Ce service de navette vers la ville peut varier, mais passe généralement toutes les 20 minutes pendant la saison de ski uniquement, mais vous permettra de rejoindre rapidement le domaine skiable ou le centre commercial Central Park. En été, la promenade est très agréable. L'emplacement de ce lotissement est également très proche du parcours de golf Rollingstone Ranch, qui sert également de centre de ski de randonnée en hiver, un endroit idéal pour essayer le skate, le ski de fond ou la raquette. Veuillez noter que les propriétaires de cet établissement s'efforcent de fournir à leurs clients un établissement bien entretenu et de grande qualité. The place was great for our group of 6 adults. It is very well maintained stocked. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels and pillows. The bus stop to Gondola square is right outside the unit. One note is that if you are going to walk to Gondola square, it is about a half mile uphill.

Great Extended Weekend Stay

We greatly enjoyed our long weekend in Steamboat with our adult children. Everything about this property was excellent. The location was perfect for us and the layout was awesome for us to hang out after our adventures for the day. It was very clean and comfortable and we'd definitely stay again.

Steamboat Friends Trip

This place is incredible!!! Great for a larger group (8 people). Downstairs is designated for living space and the kitchen and rooms are all up stairs. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again when we come back to steamboat.

The layout of these townhomes is great, with a living area upstairs and down. Kitchen in well stocked. All exactly as expected and advertised.

Great place for our group. The property was just as presented on the site! ( so good to see!) Walk out the door to the ski shuttle and so easy to drive into town. 5 minutes! We so enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. The home is quite large and has plenty of space for a family of six. The pictures and description were accurate. Check-in was quite easy and communication leading up to the day of check-in was very smooth. The neighborhood was quiet and all respected the quiet hours. It was a wonderful get away for the weekend! I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home

We stayed for 15 nights for our winter holiday. It is a well-furnished home with very comfortable beds and good quality showers. The shuttle bus stops literally behind the house, so is very convenient for getting to the slopes. The only thing that we missed, being Englsih, was a kettle for making tea!

The home was equipped with everything we needed for our week's stay with our family. Kids loved the pool, as well as walking the relatively short distance to play in the creek at the Village. The home was very clean and well maintained. Only tiny thing missing we could have used was a broom and dustpan.

Wonderful place and location!

My family and I (6 adults and 1 teenager) spent a few days in this great place. It’s close to everything, it’s spacious, and has really nice furniture. Great communication with the owner as well. We only had some issues with the WiFi, but we connected our devices to our Xfinity account and everything worked great. I would definitely consider renting this place again in the future. I am sure if you give this house a chance to be your vacation home you won’t regret it. Thanks Kerry for staying in contact with me and for letting me rent your lovely home.

Perfect size and location!

The condo was large with a kitchen that was laid out to easily move and prepare meals with every kitchen item needed. The bedrooms have plenty of room, the bathrooms are a good size and the living spaces are very comfortable. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The area is quiet so that the windows can be open at night for good ventilation, especially with the ceiling fans on. The pool is well maintained and attractive. We would, and probably will, rent it again next year. It is close to the grocery and downtown yet away from the traffic. We loved it!

Great condo!

The condo was very nice, clean and well-kept. Great view. The shuttle service was very easy to use and convenient. We had a lot of luggage so the front desk assisted us in moving our luggage into the unit. They were prompt and very helpful. The entrance of this building is a bit hidden away. You have to walk through the parking deck to get to the front entrance. That would be the only negative feedback on the building but the unit itself was fantastic.

The property is a great location to the mountain and town. The property is large and comfortable. The amenities do lack. Pots and pans need to be replaced. Silverware is flimsy and cheap feeling. The TV in the main family room is dated and VERY small. So small it’s hard to watch almost anything. The TV in the master bedroom is ancient and should also be replaced. For the price of rentals these upgrades should be mandatory. The bus system is super easy and extremely close to the condo. All in all the property was very good. It just need a few upgrades to be super!
