We live our stay at the little blue moose cabin in Grand Lake. It was fantastic to be a short walk from all the shops and restaurants downtown, as well as, the lake itself. We loved making use of the kayaks. Hope to stay again in the future.

The Little Blue Moose was the perfect rustic cabin getaway to enjoy Grand Lake! It’s just a short walk, maybe a block away, from the charming Main Street of Grand Lake. We enjoyed the shops, hikes and fishing around the area! Little Blue Moose had all the creature comforts to make the stay super comfortable! Well stocked, thank you! Highly recommend the home for your next getaway to Grand Lake!!!

Absolute hidden gem in Grand Lake.My kids (8 & 9) completely loved this cabin and said it was their favorite place that we have stayed at.The bunk beds and the clubhouse were perfect getaways for them to explore.The cabin is nicely hidden right in the middle of town and is easily within walking distance of most activities.Communication was excellent. The rental company was attentive as well as the owner who made sure that everything was acceptable.The only thing to be mindful of is that we had a wildlife visitor (bear) come by the cabin and try to open a crawlspace door on the outside of the house in the middle of the night which startled us. It calmly went along with its business but if you stay here, make sure you don't have any food items outside or in your vehicle.

This is one of my top 3 houses I’ve ever rented! The Blue Moose is unbelievably charming. Small but super efficient and stocked with everything you might need. The hospitality / host is next level. I loved the beds and bedding and the kitchen is totally stocked with quality tools. It’s tucked down from the road for max privacy. My teenagers stayed in the back house and loved that! We were there for a magical month and loved every minute!! We’ll be back!

We're so glad you visited and enjoyed our cabin, please come back now that it is under new ownership and has been lovingly redecorated and refurbished! We even turned the outbuilding into a fun clubhouse! And we are now dog-friendly if you happen to have a four-legged friend.

We loved this cabin. Perfect location to walk into town, just 2 blocks away from Grand Ave. The cabin itself was so well decorated and thought out. Everywhere we turned we kept saying "wow they thought of everything". There were so many little features that we were very impressed by. Great stay, will definitely book again. Thank you!

Unexpected Delight!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Blue Moose cabin in Grand Lake, Colorado! It had so many simple but wonderful added conveniences! The charging stations next to the bedside with multiple outlets,items left in the refrigerator for use and also hairspray & lotion in the bathroom(perfect for dryness of Colorado if you're not use to it) adequate supplies for cooking. Cute moose/bear plates /mugs! Wonderful wood stove supplied with wood. Very comfortable king size bed for our five nights. Slept wonderful. Very convenient walking distance to the town of Grand Lake and driving distance to Rocky Mountain National Park over to Trail Ridge into Estes as well as Adams Falls and various local attractions. Jennifer and Chris were very friendly and provided excellent customer service tips and genuinely excited about our trip enjoyment.Added Bonus was the beautiful photography by Jennifer as well as her stories and puzzles you could purchase. Absolutely loved all of the moose themed art throughout cabin. The wonderful clever touches of the Smokey Bear room made me want to be a kid again! Although we didn't spend any time in the bonus TV room out back we did go up to take a look and it was also very cleverly design! The whole stay was complimented by very thoughtful owners! Just can't say enough good things! Thank you again!

Adorable, cozy hideaway. Quiet but still walking distance to all the great restaurants in Grand Lake. One of the more well stocked homes we've stayed in - found everything we needed and lots we didn't know we wanted. We can't wait to return!

This newly renovated cottage was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was clean and accessible and we had great communication with the owner before and during the visit. Although, we did not have kiddos with us, the cottage has everything you need for a family visit.

One of the best

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything is well thought out and great decorations. There were a million little things that we just kept noticing. I can tell the owners truly care about the hospitality and service they are providing, this is not just a 'buy it and forget it investment property'. Everything was comfortable, they had everything we needed (plus more), and the location is perfect, 2 blocks from Grand Ave, quick walk over. Thank you for a great stay, highly recommend this property.

The cabin is now our favorite place to be and stay in Grand Lake, we loved every bit of it. The care that was taken to make the smokey room was amazing. The hideaway cabin was so cozy and relaxing as was the back patio/fire pit area. We cannot wait to use it again in the future!
