This area offers a excellent recreational, dining, and shopping options all within a short golf cart ride!

Guest ID passes for access to The Villages amenities (golf, pools, rec centers, etc.) must be requested at least a week prior to arrival, and require an additional payment of $50.00. These are only available for stays of 3 days or more.

A golf cart is provided with this rental. You are responsible for proper use of the golf cart and any damages that incur during your stay. Please follow the instructions for use provided to you at the property. We ask that you return the golf cart full of fuel to avoid additional refuel charges.
