Wake up in the expansive master suite to 180-degree water views and a Juliet balcony where you can enjoy your morning cup of Joe (coffee bar in room)! The ensuite bath features a double vanity, large glass shower enclosure and bathtub with views of the sparkling water below, The queen bedroom, also has two walls of windows and eastern exposure to capture morning sunrise and sunny bright views throughout the day. This guestroom shares a full bath with double vanity and shower with the den/sleeping area.

The large open main living area also has 270-degree water views from Kitchen, Dining and living Room spaces. A wall of sliding glass doors opens to the side deck with Adirondack chairs for you to relax in with your afternoon beverage of choice!

Our extra-large kitchen with giant center island will make cooking and gathering a pleasure and formal dining at our table for 6 will place you front and center of gentle ocean waves. Here you will see fabulous sunrises, seabirds floating by and the occasional school of jumping fist and seal sighting. The living area has seating for 7, and 60" HD Samsung TV with Sonos soundbar.

Our street is a private HOA with beach access limited to residents and their guests, where you will enjoy limited crowds and friendly neighbors. Thanks to our beach front location we also have a private path to the beach from our side yard.

We have parking for 3 cars, 2 in driveway and 1 in garage. Linens and bath/beach towels are included in your rent, as are detergents and cleaning supplies.
