Our condo at Sailport Resort on Tampa Bay features a HEATED pool (please note that the resort is family-friendly, so there will likely be kids), bar & grill, a small convenience store, FREE parking, and 24/7 security. There's also an outdoor fitness island! Nearby attractions include Ben T. Davis Beach, the Current, the Dusty Pelican, and Whiskey Joes.



Please note, the resort is family-friendly, so children may be present in shared spaces.

🪧Disclaimer: Please note that all stair sections have been completed except for the final section serving the 52’ stack on the south side of Building 3. Based on contractor and architect evaluations, this section requires additional structural work. The expected completion date is on or before Tuesday, December 23.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to bayside heated pool and large sun deck, a beautiful fishing pier, bonfire pit, ocean-side grills, outdoor fitness area, full-sized beach volleyball court, 24/7 security, 24/7 front-desk with a guest store (snacks, quick meals, fresh coffee, wine & beer) and helpful business center. There's also a business/meeting room available upon request. The resort also has a poolside bar &grill serving a blend of Mexican, American and seafood appetizers and entrees along with a full cocktail list and LIVE MUSIC!



LAUNDRY FACILITY: Located on the 3rd level, the guest laundry with washer and dryer is next to the elevator. It is open 24 hours and coin operated. The price per load is $2 unless updated. Quarters are accepted, and cards are also accepted for payment.



The Neighborhood:

Rocky Point is right on the Tampa Bay and pressed up against Downtown Tampa! Our immediate neighborhood is mostly hotels, small bars, restaurants, a rooftop bar, and some brunch spots. Just around the corner is the bridge over to St. Petersburg (and Clearwater). Right before the bridge, and about a 10-15 minute walk, is Whiskey Joes, a very popular and large indoor & outdoor beach bar and restaurant with live music and screens. Alongside the water is a large public beach with plenty of parking (trailers or campers NOT allowed).



EVERYTHING is very close by! There are 5 different restaurants very close to the resort, & public beaches, and a partnership with Instacart that enables them to quickly deliver DIRECTLY to your unit!

Standard check-in and check-out times are in place to allow our cleaning team to prepare every unit to our 5-star standard. Early check-in may be available upon request—just send us a message! A $50 fee may be applied if arrivals or departures interfere with cleaning.



🐜 This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. We treat regularly, and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed.



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.



Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only.
