Located inside a resort, our condo has all the resort amenities including a YEAR-ROUND HEATED POOL, a private beach (non-swimming), sundeck and loungers, bar & grill (with breakfast), convenience store, 24/7 gated security, outdoor fitness center, and free parking (Trailers, boat, jet ski are prohibited)! There's also free internet, Wi-Fi, & complimentary coffee with every stay!

RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED:
To check in, guests must sign a digital rental agreement and provide a government-issued ID plus verification photo. This is required by the HOA and processed securely through our team at Tampa Vacation Collection. Your information is FCC-compliant and shared only with the HOA.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire resort and its amenities. As a private condo, we do not have control over any of the amenities and therefore are not in a position to guarantee they're all working at all times. If an issue arises, simply notify us so we can contact the resort.
*** PLEASE NOTE: We apologize due to the damage of two category 3 hurricanes, some resort amenities will remain unavailable until end of 2024 or even few months of 2025. If you’re looking to book, please be aware we cannot guarantee the availability of every amenity. While disappointing, this is unavoidable due to our need to have everything fixed so we may be able to provide you a safe and comfortable stay in the future. We will not issue refunds due to unavailable amenities during this time.

The Neighborhood:
Rocky Point is a tourism spot with hotels, condos, and some restaurants and bars. It's safe, fun, and very friendly!

Getting Around:
Lots of restaurants and bars are within walking distance (ask for recs). We also have a small, on-site convenience store with basic supplies like snacks, wine & beer, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Note, we do not manage the store and therefore cannot guarantee supply.

Other Things to Note:
This home is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection, a 24/7 premium vacation rental management company. We're available at all hours, every day of the week. When you book, you'll be contacted by our 813 concierge number. This number is monitored 24/7 by our staff and is the best means of communication including for receiving instructions.
