From a young age, we dreamed of one day having a place of our own near the waterâsomewhere we could escape to, relax, and make lifelong memories. That dream became a reality when we discovered Vilano Beach, a charming coastal gem just outside of St. Augustine. It's far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful and private, yet close enough to the heart of the action when weâre in the mood for great restaurants, live music, or a bit of nightlife. For us, itâs the perfect balance.

If you have access to a boat, your day can be as adventurous or relaxing as you like: start your morning fishing on the water, come back for a peaceful lunch in the cool comfort of the air-conditioned home, and then wind down with a quiet evening walk along the beach as the sun sets over the horizon. Itâs truly the best of both worldsâand itâs all right outside your door.

We highly recommend checking out beloved local gems like Aunt Kateâs, Capâs on the Water, and The Reefâall offering fantastic food, beautiful views, and that laid-back coastal charm that makes dining here feel special. And if you're in the mood for a quiet night in, there's a conveniently located Publix just minutes away where you can stock up on groceries and prepare your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen.
