La Pointe Santo B25, également connue sous le nom de "Coastal Dream", est l’endroit idéal pour se rendre sur l’île de Sanibel. Imaginez-vous vous réveiller tous les matins dans la chambre principale avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique! Les vues de la véranda sont encore mieux! Vous pouvez accéder à la véranda à la fois de la chambre et du salon. Le condo dispose d'un concept à aire ouverte et d'une cuisine mise à jour impeccable avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des sièges de comptoir de l'île avec 2 tabourets. Ce 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain oasis du côté du golfe bénéficie de 1245 pieds carrés avec beaucoup d'espace pour vous et votre famille et / ou invités. L'unité elle-même est idéalement située à proximité de l'ascenseur et à seulement quelques pas de la piscine et de la plage de sable recouverte de coquillages. Pas de longues promenades à bord pour se rendre à la plage! La Pointe Santo propose également plusieurs chaises longues, des activités pour les enfants et du volley-ball sur place. Elle est située au centre de l'île, à proximité des commerces, des épiceries et des restaurants, et facilement accessible en vélo! Venez profiter de toute la beauté et de la commodité de la Pointe Santo B25!

** À la date du 26/04/18, le condo avait récemment été modernisé, avec notamment une nouvelle couche de peinture, un nouveau matelas king size, une nouvelle télévision intelligente 24 pouces dans la chambre principale et une télévision intelligente 55 pouces dans le salon, tout neuf. literie dans la chambre d'amis. Tapis neufs remplacés en août 2018 **

Les équipements du condo / complexe incluent: 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain - 1 lit King size, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit gigogne (6 personnes), 3 télévisions à écran plat et lecteur DVD, câble gratuit et WIFI, piscine chauffée , laveuse et sécheuse dans la suite, barbecues publics, station de nettoyage de coquilles, courts de tennis, ascenseurs, programmes d'activités pour enfants. Animaux interdits. Draps et serviettes de bain inclus. Cette unité a 6 chaises de plage, 6 serviettes de plage, plusieurs planches de boogie et des jouets de sable. Tous stockés dans un placard de rangement juste devant la porte et à côté de l'ascenseur pour un accès facile.

What a great place to stay as first timers to Sanibel Island. We absolutely enjoyed our time at Pointe Sanyo and have already recommended it to some of our friends. Very nice condo with fantastic access to the beach and ocean. The condo was very clean, great view of the lagoon, pool and ocean. Pointe Santo was definitely family friendly and relaxing.. Wonderful experience

Recent updates, well kept. One of the nicest Pointe Santo units we have stayed in. Closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, and stuff for kids to do. Will definitely try to get this unit again the next time we visit.

We stayed at Pointe Santo 23 years ago and it is in better shape now that in 1997! Grounds people worked constantly, the office was helpful and friendly (and prompt) when we has a washer problem. We would stay there again, no question.

Only draw backs were you have to go about a mile down the road to get/return your key and had to take a key everywhere, no key-less entry. It would have been nice to have a collapsible wagon for beach gear. (Other rentals had them). We would definitely stay again.

At this time, not all of our properties are keyless entry and some still require physical keys. Pointe Santo is only 1 mile (if that) from our office so thankfully it was a very convenient and short commute to pick up & drop off your keys.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo really lacked in supplies in the kitchen, but the kitchen was updated with counters and sink. The living room furniture and patio furniture were not the most comfortable. The patio had three different kinds of chairs. The master bed had big indentations in it from I assume heavy people sleeping on.

The mattress is less than one year old, so we will look into this. The lanai furniture will also be replaced soon. We hope that we can help you plan another trip to Sanibel in the future!

It was an easy check in with the app, and the condo parking spot is right by the elevator for easy unloading/loading. Views from the lanai are great of the pond, pool, beach. The condo is also well equipped with all that makes the vacation comfortable and fun: beach games, equipment and towels, the kitchen is fully furnished. There are even indoor games and jigsaw puzzles (and books!) for rainy days. We had a light switch and screen door handle break while there: repairs were completed immediately. 😊

This was our 4th time at Pointe Santo and 2nd time booking with SBL. They have been more than accommodating and responsive to communications. Kudos!This was our 1st stay in Unit B25.I am a notorious "researcher" and looked carefully at pictures, write-ups, reviews, and any info I could get on this unit before I reserved it. I can say I did my homework. The unit was as described. It was clean, not outdated or damaged, appropriately furnished and very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the ice maker stopped working and it was fixed promptly. I am always amazed by the views provided from every unit of Pointe Santo and this unit was no exception.I would rent this unit again. Caveat? Prices of this unit(and all of Pointe Santo) have gone up tremendously!

Another fun and relaxing visit to Sanibel Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, everything was smooth sailing. Wish we could come every year!

Best trip ever!

This was a wonderful property and exactly what I was looking for for me and my 3 college kids. The property looked great in the pics but was even better in person.! Beach was awesome. Location was great. Easy to jump on the bike and ride on the trail to a restaurant, grocery store, and conservation area trails.

I love that the condo is just steps from the beach, making it easy and convenient to grab a bite to eat and use your own restroom.
