Banyans est un développement en copropriété sur la côte sud de la Barbade près de Bridgetown, des boutiques et de belles plages. L'appartement n ° 6 se trouve au deuxième étage (premier étage du Royaume-Uni) d'un immeuble de 3 étages.

L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine, d'un salon, de deux chambres climatisées et d'une salle de bains. Les deux chambres peuvent être configurées comme deux lits jumeaux ou un lit king size. Chaque chambre dispose d'un grand espace de rangement et d'une commode. Le salon a un grand canapé et une table à manger pour quatre personnes. D'autres sièges sont disponibles sur le petit balcon où se trouvent deux chaises et une petite table d'appoint. La télévision par câble (écran plat intelligent LED / LCD de 40 pouces) et Wi-Fi sont inclus dans votre location.

La cuisine est bien équipée avec un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière électrique et un four, un four à micro-ondes et une vaisselle complète, des lunettes, des couverts et des ustensiles de cuisine.

L'emplacement est très central et pratique, à quelques pas de la plupart des commodités, y compris la plage, les restaurants, le service de location de voitures et un arrêt de bus. Banyans a également une piscine pleine grandeur pour votre plaisir.

Un service de ménage est fourni une fois par semaine.

Nice property and lovely pool, but noisy and no elevator, The unit is great , but spotty wi fi , nice touch with homemade banana bread and other staples .

Convenient location very nice property

Stayed here with my brother for a week had an absolutely amazing time. Very close to Bridgeport easily walkable, beach only a couple of minutes away. The accomodation was exceptional.

Our first trip to Barbados

As this was our first trip to Barbados, we were looking for a comfortable "home base". This apartment met those needs in so many wonderful ways. It was immaculate, and the hosts were attentive to any questions or concerns that we expressed (there weren't many!). The location was wonderful! It was close to many restaurants and beaches, as well as to a major bus route. We would be happy to return!

Beautiful Apartment In Garrison Historic Area

Super clean, spacious, two bedroom apartment, walking distance to Pebble Beach and close to many amenities. Walking distance to the Barbados Museum, and local restaurants. The host is very kind and quickly responds to any question. Happy to return for my second visit. Highly recommend this property.

A wonderful stay

We were greeted at the apartment by Peter. The apartment is lovely; exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Even more delightful and appreciated was the welcome starter pack of essentials; milk, eggs, juice bread, sundries, and a delicious home baked banana bread. The only thing that would have helped would be another fan in the lounge/kitchen area. The apartment is a short walk from beautiful Browns beach, with easy access to bus routes. Thank you for accommodating our request for dominoes! We enjoyed our stay.

Great time in Bim

the location is excellent and the property as a whole is well maintained...the apartment is large...bright and welcoming and well appointed with linens, towels and kitchen items. The owners who live on the island provide a small get you started pack of some food items for your first breakfast until you get to the grocery...walking distance to the carlisle bay beaches...local bus stops are just around the corner from the complex...parking is avail should you have a car, which i would recommend if you want to roam around the island

The ideal apartment

Beautifully presented and spotless apartment in a lovely spot. Communications with Peter and Jennifer before hand were most helpful. Very friendly welcome from Peter on arrival. Location totally suited our needs for Carlisle Bay beaches. Handy for island wide transport links. Several handy small shops for immediate needs, though bigger superstores were further afield and a car/taxi would make these simple. As a guide, we expected to pick up a local hire car on arrival, but none available for 3 weeks due to high demand, book ahead. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would certainly return and more than happy to highly recommend. Thanks to Peter and Jennifer for making such a great apartment available.

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic 3 week stay at the apartment. Check in was smooth. No real issues whilst here. Very clean and we had a weekly cleaner. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Comfy bed. Aircon in bedrooms worked great. Would have been great if lounge had aircon as it was quite hot and the fan didn’t really cool it down. Great location to beaches, racing, walkable into Bridgetown. Need a car or get the bus for shopping ad it’s not near a proper supermarket. We didn’t venture out too much in the evening as there aren’t many bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity but that didn’t bother us as we are daytime people anyway. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

Stunning Apartment +++

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Peter and Jenny's apartment. The property is truly a gem. The space is open, bright, very clean, and is perfectly located close to all amenities, most importantly...walking distance to one of the nicest beaches!! The starter supply of groceries was an added touch, not to mention the delicious banana loaf. Would definitely stay again as I plan to return to this beautiful island country.

Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Truly wonderful apartment so well maintained by the owners. We were met by Peter who showed us around but then left us completely to our holiday even letting us checkout late on the last day. They left such a thoughtful welcome package with the amazing homemade banana bread which they should consider selling commercially :) The balcony is a perfect place to chill out with a coffee or evening drink. The pool area is lovely and again well maintained. We have been to Barbados 7 times before and always stayed on the beach but would not hesitate to stay here again as the beach is so close but great to have your own spacious apartment.

Excellent location central to everything

We stayed at Jennifer & Peter’s condo for 12 days…we couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home! Let’s just start with how gracious they both are as hosts. The thoughtfulness in the starter kit of groceries was so helpful & appreciated. It included a baked banana bread which was delicious, & lovely to have with breakfast the first few mornings. The unit literally comes stocked with everything one might possibly need. Two beach towels, starter toiletries, the kitchen is fully equipped with EVERYTHING…pots, pans, plates, serving dishes, bakeware, toaster and too much more to list. It was helpful, b/c Barbados can be expensive especially when staying for a long time, so it was nice to go to the market and buy groceries to cook breakfast & dinner most nights. There’s a clothes rack on the patio for drying swimwear, there’s a laundromat on site, there’s one smart television in the living room that you can access all your app centric programs, AC is located in both bedrooms only. The place was so comfortable as it was immaculately cleaned. For longer stays, the housekeeper comes in to do an immaculate touch up mid-stay. There is a phone in the unit which allows for local phone calls. The hosts were very accessible and super flexible when we needed to extend our stay for a few days & they fortunately had the ability to accommodate. My hubs worked & needed strong WiFi & it was perfect. The unit is a 5 minute walk to the best beach in Bridgetown, Pebbles Beach at Carlyle Bay. We spent every day there & had fish cutters for lunch at Cuz’s Fish Shack. It was super delicious and affordable at 5-10 US for a sandwich & drink. It was very easy to get up and down the main road in Bridgetown as taxis & what it’s called ZR’s (basically mini passenger vans) travel up & down the road all day long. We mostly utilize the ZR’s which were 3.50 Bajan/1.75 US each way. The cabs can be a little costly as they start at a minimum of 10/20 Bajan to most places. We took ZR’s all the way to Oisten’s in 15 minutes or less. We even utilized them for grocery visits & round trip to/from St. Lawrence Gap when we went out for entertainment. Everything is very close by car, it can be a little longer by walking- 60 min to St. Lawrence Gap, 25 min to Hastings/Barbados Fertility clinic. Walking is doable as we felt very safe, just be aware of surroundings, but crime is generally low. We would certainly stay here again. It was perfect!

An outstanding property in a perfect location...

Our Barbados experience was exceptional, starting with Peter and Jenny's beautiful, well appointed apartment! The decor is lovely - fresh and bright with pretty color coordinated furnishings throughout. Jenny definitely has an eye for decorating which I appreciated! The kitchen is very well stocked including a new drip coffee maker, stainless appliances and really anything you can think of, and then some! There is a large TV with many channels including Netflix, great wi-fi, a safe, and efficient air conditioning in both bedrooms. The beds have high quality mattresses and are very comfortable. Also, no mosquitoes! The unit was extremely clean when we arrived and well maintained through weekly housekeeping. Jenny and Peter are terrific hosts - a welcome food package was supplied when we arrived and they were very helpful throughout our 6 week stay. This property is a 5 minute walk from the best beach in Barbados, close to many restaurants, and within walking distance to Bridgetown. Highly recommend - a great Barbados find!
