Leith Court # 4 est un appartement de deux chambres et deux salles de bains de 1 200 pieds carrés situé au premier étage (un au dessus du sol) du bâtiment est du complexe de Leith Court. Une cuisine ouverte et salon donne sur un balcon spacieux avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Les deux chambres sont climatisées, la chambre principale a un lit king size et salle de bains. La deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux. L'appartement est non-fumeur. Leith Cour est un complexe de bord de mer très populaire et bien entretenu donnant sur une des plus belles plages de la côte sud de la Barbade. Shopping, restaurants, supermarchés et de la célèbre St. Lawrence Gap sont tous facilement accessibles à pied. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine partagée et d'un ascenseur. L'accès à la plage est direct depuis le jardin et la piscine. La piscine comprend des chaises longues, des zones ombragées et des parasols.

Super apartment with fabulous views
We were made very welcome by our host and found the apartment to be better than described on the Homeaway site. James is an excellent host, on hand if needed and very knowledgeable about the island. Our cleaner came after the first week and made a splendid job of getting the apartment spick and span again, and she changed the bed linen and towels.
The apartment is very spacious and was clean and well stocked with everything needed for our holiday. Very comfortable beds and we slept well. There is some noise from the road at the back, particularly for the twin room but having the air con on at night does blot it out a bit.
There’s a super little pool in the garden and we were often the only ones using it.
The balcony was in use a good deal, especially as the views of the garden and sea are so lovely. Sadly the beach was inaccessible for much of the time as the tide comes right up to the wall due to the sand having been washed away. It would have been helpful to know this before we booked, as it certainly impacted greatly on our enjoyment of the holiday. We would probably not have booked this apartment. In addition the ingress of seaweed all along this coast rendered it impossible to swim in the sea for much of the time. Not anyone’s fault and we were warned of this by our host, but it added to our disappointment. Sewage....no smell at the apartment but there is still some work needed in the Worthing area.
A fairly well stocked supermarket is directly opposite the apartment block, a big plus. Had we needed it, there was an even larger one 10mins walk away. There were a few restaurants within 10-15 mins walk but they mostly have only pretty much the same food consisting of burgers, chicken, chips (fries) and pasta. Not very inspiring and even the most basic places were expensive. The nearest beach restaurants were either closed or serving only drinks and snacks. We took the ZR minibuses along the coast road in both directions to The Gap or towards Bridgetown to find a bigger choice. Taxis are also plentiful and quite cheap.
If you want to travel around the island, we recommend you book one of the taxis who offer this service. They are lovely guys, know their island well and can tailor a day out to meet your personal requirements and for much, much less than a tour company. The island bus services go everywhere, they are reliable and very cheap too.
A really great apartment but a few negatives about its location.
Many thanks for the honest review. The beach is as they say very subject to nature, but usually at low tide we have beach year round. At various times passing weather systems eiher bring or remove sections of the beach. This year the entire Caribbean has been "blessed" with an abundance of saragassum seaweed, which is now slowly dissipating. The south coast sewage issue is also now being properly addressed since the change in government.- no more street fountains. Upstream from the lower Worthing beach work is in progress requiring occasional closing of the upper and lower beach. By end of October a bypass line will alleviate this necessity and the moss should be gone.
Buyer beware. We found the condo was not clean. In need of major cleaning.
We will not use vrbo again. The condo at Leith court was outdated and very dirty. Pool was only swept out once in 2 weeks. Not clean after children used it. Bathrooms were disgusting. Mold on old shower curtains. Etc. Property Manager did not seem concerned with condition. No excuse for dirty conditions.
Our stay at the condo was great.
- beautiful view from the balcony, with sea turtles swimming around every day
- nice little pool and lots of recliners with umbrellas out front
- beautiful, fairly quiet beach
- the king bed was comfortable
- the kitchen had everything you could need
- close to many amenities with 2 grocery stores within a 5 minute walk away, a few restaurants and a nice coffee shop
- the area felt very safe and the condo had a lot of security measures such as security cameras and locking gates
- overall very good value, we would stay here again
This is a great apartment in a fabulous location! Right on the beach, beautiful views from the spacious balcony... amazing to watch the sea turtles! Close to all amenities and the local buses. James was helpful from first booking to the last day of our holiday. Can’t wait to go back!
Lovely apartment with everything you need. Beautiful view onto a lovely beach from the balcony. Well kept gardens and good pool. Ideal position right on the beach and 5mins from supermarkets and restaurants. So easy to catch a bus or walk everywhere. Certainly hope to stay again!

Le complexe Leith Cour est à quelques pas de restaurants, commerces, transports, et les banques. Le célèbre St Lawrence Gap zone de boîte de nuit est à seulement a10 minutes à pied. La barre Carib Beach, récemment rénové et le bar Crystal Waters sont à seulement 5 minutes. Plongée sous-marine est disponible à 5 minutes à Sandy Beach de Crystal Waters. Le complexe dispose d'un accès au clavier et appartement 4 est un étage au-dessus du niveau du sol.
