Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
1. No Smoking- $250 fee for smoking inside the home
2. Quiet Hours- 9:30 pm to 8 am- (you may be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund)

4. 1- Pet allowed if disclosed during booking at $20 per pet per day to account for extra wear and tear and extra cleaning. Please disclose the exact number of pets upon booking. $200 fee if caught with an unreported pet.-
5. Please clean up dog waste - $100 fee if dog waste is left behind.
6. We do have ring cameras at the front door and the back door and they are monitored 24/7. The purpose of the cameras is for security.
7. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 8 people. If unauthorized additional guests stay the night, a charge of $37/ person per night will be charged.
Booking the property constitutes acceptance of the house rules, acknowledgement of outdoor entrance ring cameras, and the extra fees for pets/ violations. Thank you for understanding.
