Newly Renovated Beachfront unit on Sand Key (Landmark Towers 1) with central AC, all new furnishings and stainless steel appliances, panoramic views of the Gulf and Intercoastal Waterway.
The unit is located on the 17th floor and has a patio with a table and chairs so guests can enjoy the beautiful views the unit has to offer.
This unit sleeps six with a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for added comfort. The primary bedroom has an oversized sliding door with full views of the Gulf, but also has black out drapes for sleeping. There is a very comfortable, pull-out queen sofa in the main living area.
Landmark Towers has beautifully maintained grounds with a large heated pool, hot tub, grills, tennis/pickleball court and direct access to a white, sandy beach. Clearwater Beach is just over the bridge and nearby Bellaire and Indian Rocks Beach offer shopping and many restaurant options. Sand Key Park is a very short walk along Gulf Blvd. This unit includes a covered parking and additional guest parking. The parking lot is gated and all grounds are covered by 24 hour security.
This bright, totally updated unit has two large smart TVs with one in the main living area and one of the primary bedroom. High-speed Internet and basic cable are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker and Keurig, a toaster oven, new dishes, pots/pans and cutlery.
There are two bathrooms with showers. The bathroom serving the primary bedroom has grab bars and a folding seat for full accessibility. Both showers have rain-head fixtures as well as handheld fixtures. Bath towels, soap, shampoo and a blow dryer are included. Each floor has shared large washers and dryers (only 50â away from this unit). Four beach chairs are also provided for use with the unit. These are stored in the outdoor closet on the balcony.
One month minimum is preferred; however, the length of your stay can be discussed with the owner. The rent for this unit is $5,550/month for peak season (Jan/Feb/March) and $4500/month for the other months. State and local taxes and a $200 cleaning fee are not included in the rent.
Please book at least 10 days prior to arrival. Tenants must register with the condo management in advance of their stay. The application is brief and available on the Landmark Towers website. www.landmarktowers.org.
