All of this located near the strip mall a short walk from the building which contains all your retail and restaurants you will need.

Property is offered at a deep discount from Feb-May due to building/balcony maintenance. Balconies are undergoing maintenance and use of balconies may or may not be restricted during your stay. There may be occasional loud machinery during the hours of 8am-4pm. The balconies are obstructed and protected for the safety of tenants and residents.. The beach front pool and Gulf Beach are open and available so we encourage you to take advantage of the beautiful Florida outdoors. Bookings will be final.
