Dwell Descans is located in the Meridian Private Residences and available for a minimum 30 night stay.
Meridian management rules and regulations require all guests execute a rental agreement, complete new resident forms, and provide a government issued photo ID, email address and mobile phone number.
Guests reserving an extended stay at Dwell Descans may qualify for a length-of-stay discount (before fees and taxes), specifically 10% off for trips with a duration between 6 weeks to 12 weeks or 20% off for trips extending over 12 weeks. Any applicable discount will be processed retroactively upon a confirmed reservation.
Meridian management reserves the right to restrict or prohibit usage to any community amenity to the extent required for purposes of cleaning and maintenance or for personsâ safety. When informed, hosts will share such information with guests in the event that such occurrence may or does occur. However, as such instances are entirely outside hosts' control, they cannot be held responsible for amenity access mandated by the community management.
As part of a large complex with units having adjacent or shared walls with community and/or residential spaces, there may be occasions when noise from other floors or units can be heard within Dwell Descans. However, all residents must abide by community standards with quiet hours strictly enforced from 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. daily.
Neither smoking nor vaping is permitted inside the unit. Smoking/vaping outdoors may only be possible on the outdoor balcony or outside on street level if done responsibly and respectfully and does not leave any damage to the property or causes any nuisance to neighbors or those nearby.
Please be respectful of our community and neighbors. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. In addition, excessive noise at any time is never allowed. Local code enforcement by the community is allowed to come to the unit and can respond to any complaints made by local residents 24 hours a day.
We welcome responsible and responsive guests over the age of 21. Any and all persons staying or visiting the property must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian.
Pets allowed with restrictions and additional fees (please see house rules).
If a guest cancels a reservation, all eligible refunds will be governed by the cancellation policy agreed upon at time of booking. No refunds outside of the cancellation policy will be possible unless a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the area. Thus, it is highly recommended that all guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance. In the event that a guest cannot make a trip due to a family emergency, illness, bad weather, flight/rental car cancellation, job loss, COVID-19 ban/restriction, etc., the guest should seek reimbursement through their travel insurance.
Property has 1 motion-activated exterior doorbell security camera (at entrance door of unit) that records sound & video 24/7. Tampering/removing equipment will result in a minimum fine of $300.

Please be respectful of our home, neighborhood, and community. Violation of any of the following rules are grounds for cancellation of your stay and immediate removal from the property:
âą 4 guest maximum occupancy; no unauthorized guests (penalty fee of $100 per unauthorized person, per night will apply).
âą No smoking or vaping.
âą No parties, events, or large gatherings.
âą No excessive noise; quiet hours in place between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
âą No underage drinking or use of illegal substances.
âą Copy of a government issued ID must be shared with the Host upon confirmed reservation.
âą Any loss or damage to real or personal property of a Host caused by the fault, negligence or intentional misconduct of a Guest (and any of their guests or pets) shall be charged to and paid for by the Guest.
Responsible guests and their well-mannered furry companion are welcome to our home, for whom the following pet policy applies:
âą Only 1 dog weighing 50 pounds or less is permitted unless agreed upon in advance with the Host. No other pets or animals allowed (e.g., cats, birds, etc.), and a penalty fee of $100 per unauthorized animal, per night will apply.
âą An additional one-time pet fee of $100 (before fees and taxes) per stay will apply.
âą The dog must remain within the ownerâs control at all times, either on a leash or in a carrier as appropriate.
âą The dog must never be left alone on the property. However, for only short periods of time when it is not possible for the owner to take the dog with them where they go, then the dog can be crated or confined to a specific area in the home.
âą We expect the dog to be completely house trained. Please clean up after the pet.
âą The dog is not allowed on the furniture/beds.
âą We count on the owner to prevent the dog from making excessive noise, being disruptive, or exhibiting aggression toward other guests or neighbors.
âą In the unlikely event the property requires additional cleaning (e.g., fur/hair, potty, etc.) or if damages are incurred as a result of the dog, you will be charged additional fees starting at a minimum of $300 for services and repairs.
A guest manual with detailed guidance and helpful information will be made available at time of booking.

Dwell Descans will be exclusive to you during your stay. This property provides secure, keyless entry to the unit with a Yale Smart Lock; so, no keys to lose or to return! You can lock and unlock the door by using a personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Guests are also provided a key fob to access all common areas and community amenities and a clicker for opening the community's entrance gates and the unit's parking garage.
