Wake Up to Lake Superior – 3BR Condo with Stunning Views

The Gull Harbor Condos are located between Lutsen and Tofte on Highway 61 and offer fantastic, unobstructed views of Lake Superior allowing for a complete sunrise to sunset experience. Gull Harbor also features its very own private cobblestone beach nestled in a small harbor framed by Lake Superior ledge rock cliffs. Other attractions are the Gitchi-Gami State Bike Trail, which runs right past Gull Harbor, and Lutsen Mountain Ski Area, which is 5 minutes away. 5 minutes to the amenities at Blue Fin Bay.

This three bedroom ( + loft), 2+ bathroom unit is located on the upper level with breathtaking views of Lake Superior, up and down the shoreline. One main floor bedroom has a king bed and sliding glass door to its own secluded deck - and a fully remodeled bathroom right next door. The second bedroom has a king bed, a full bathroom, and an outdoor deck. The second-level loft has a sitting area, and a sleeping nook with two twin beds and a quarter bath. The main area contains a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a dining area, and a fully-stocked kitchen with granite counter tops. There’s also a nice deck to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail. You’ll also love the private shoreline that includes picnic and fire pit areas.

BASE RATE includes 4 guests. Additional guests are charged $25/night plus tax.

Smoking or open flames are not allowed anywhere on the premises, inside or outside.

Please also note that in winter, the road and walkways may be icy and four-wheel drive is recommended.

There are steps to get down to the main entryway and there are two flights of steps to get down to the level that allows for access to the fire pit, grill and lakeside level. This condo may not be the best choice for those with mobility issues.

Great Getaway!

Five women in their seventies loved staying at Sunrise and Serenity. It was the perfect amount of space and the views of the lake were spectacular! The furnishings were a bit tired. The amenities were very nice. The location was perfect for exploring the North Shore. All 5 of us would recommend Sunrise and Serenity and would definitely stay there again.

Spacious accommodations with great views in an ideal location

We loved the accommodations and the location. The views from the balconies and rooms were incredible. Multiple general stores amd restaurants were just a quick drive away. It's an excellent place to simply relax or to explore the North Shore from.

We had a lovely weekend at this place! The sunrise was spectacular, and the beds were comfortable. We especially like the fact it is dog friendly, and has a great location! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location with spectacular views of Lake Superior. Easy and close access to Lutsen Mountain. This condo had everything we needed to cook our own meals and very comfortable!

Amazing views and peaceful stay

Condo is clean, bright and has an amazing view of Lake Superior. We enjoyed the peaceful sound of the waves, enjoyed family meals and games, hiking in the area, and restful sleep. We highly recommend and will return next year!
