(3) Guests with pet allergies should be aware that this is a pet-friendly rental
(4) Access to the beach on Lake Superior is only available from Memorial Day - Labor Day weekend. However, you can still get close to the water year round by walking down the gently sloped cliff across from your rental unit. Just exercise extreme caution during winters.
(5) The property does not have air conditioning, however, the lake acts as a natural air conditioner
(6) Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera at the front door facing the driveway and parking lot. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed. There is also an exterior camera on the balcony looking at the lake and does not look into any interior spaces
(7) There is no Security Deposit charge at the time of reservation. However, there will be a hold for $250 one day before you checkout. This is 100% refundable within 7 days, after checkout, if there is no damage to the property.
