Wonderful Vacation place

Clean, inviting place to stay. Plenty of room for our family. Nicely stocked kitchen as well. The back porch backs up to the canal where my kids cranberry and fished.

Awesome time

The property was well maintained. Plenty of beds. We had our boat at the dock and went out on the bay nearly every day. Caught lots of croakers. Air conditioners kept the place very comfortable. Had a bit of trouble figuring out the smart TV, but were able to use it.

Beach get away

My daughter’s European class trip was cancelled and we were refunded the money. We told her that she could go anywhere within driving distance for vacation. When we told here we were not driving to Georgia, Ocean City was her next choice. We found this cute little condo on Virbo and it turned out to be perfect. It was off the main strip, away from the huge hotels and down a quiet street. It was perfect for our needs. Argie was great to work with and the house was clean and cozy.

Sadly the place smelled nasty

The whole place was problematic but the kitchen was bad enough to nauseate me and I generally am not too sensitive. Maybe problems with a dog? We booked 3 nights and lasted one. We are pursuing a refund.

Sorry that the weather was so bad on your vacation time ! But my place condo association does not allowed tenants to bring pets ! And we have no pets, I don't know what you were smelling but when I arrived I didn't smell any pet odor . You got me so upset that I had to drive 3 hrs to see what happened to my place and who did what😩! I had no one saying that my place smell 😷! I would've been gladly giving your money back if problem existed but that would be very unfair of you to say that . I did not smell anything and my cleaning crue and niebors didn't either ,and good luck to you !!!! We don't live in a barn at home and we don't treat our gate away home that way neither .

A clogged toilet is NOT property damage

While we stayed at this place the toilet stopped working and I tried to fix it with the plunger (too small for the toilet) but I couldn't. The owner is saying this is property damage and deducted money from my deposit. This is NOT OK!! We did not damage the property!!! I want my full deposit returned!

As I asked VRBO what are damages for properties they said they want toilets are clogged from a tenant it is a damage issue so I'm sorry if you feel that way but I did not clog the toilet I don't know what every tenant put in that toilet.

Awesome experience, Host was terrific and very accomodating

This place was great and exactly what we needed for a large group. We were pleasantly surprised on how clean and well kept everything inside the condo was. The listing was very accurate to it's description, we were able to sleep at least 8 people comfortably in the condo! The area itself was very pleasant in a nice quiet neighborhood right on a canal on the bayside. The neighbors were all extremely friendly and gave us suggestions on which places to go and where to eat. They even let us borrow one of their picnic tables to have dinner outside. Very family-friendly atmosphere. The bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms. The family room was a little small which makes things tight for a big group. Fortunately there's a big deck right outside the condo that is great to all sit together and enjoy the views. The rooms were for the most part a comfortable temperature with air conditioning in two of the main rooms. The AC unit tripped the power once but we didn't have any other issues. We had asked a fair amount of questions coming in but the host was very responsive ad accommodating to our requests. She provided us with information ahead of time on what to bring such as sheets and towels so we were prepared. Parking and access to the condo were also very convenient. She checked in if we needed anything and was very polite, which is hard to find. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had down in Ocean City, highly recommend.

This rental ruined my vacation

Upon inquiring about this rental the owner was very friendly and helpful. Let me first say that I have rented numerous times through HomeAway in Ocean City and in other locations. Upon walking in the front door there was a bed in the entryway. I immediately knew that my vacation was about to be ruined. The listing clearly stated that there are three bedrooms or two bedrooms and a den, there were not. There are two bedrooms and what is being called a den - it is more like a foyer. Definitely not appropriate sleeping quarters. I then entered the kitchen where there was the worst smell you could ever imagine coming from the kitchen sink, the smell was so incredibly bad we could hardly stand to enter the kitchen. Opening the fridge to put away our groceries, there were a number of old moldy items that looks like they have been in the fridge at least a year. Some of the beds also had dirty linen on it and had an odor. There are also quite a few personal items in the home (like shoes). The homeaway posting also clearly states that there is cable on the living room television, there is no cable, and the smart tv does not work either - and there were no games. Coming in to have lunch in the evening was also impossible as the air conditioning unit would blow the fuse everytime we turned it on and all of the power would go out - this also made for very hot nights since we could not keep the air on.The outdoor area was probably the best part of our stay because the children were able to go crabbing, but even that was uncomfortable as the neighbors were constantly in on our private space and gave us the creepy feeling that they were "watching" us because they kept mentioning that they knew the owner well. I tried to call the owner but did not get very far in the conversation because she was so rude - completely different person. This rental is less expensive but in hindsight I wish I would have spent the few hundred dollars more for the comfort of my family.

I'm sorry that you had a bad vacation !point when you enter the condo there is a room on the left-hand side that has a daybed it turns into a twin bed .my condo is not dirty As for the smell from the sink kitchen sink maybe somebody put down something and did not turn the garbage disposal you are on the old water in the bay and sometimes things come up. , I always have my neighbors go and check out the condo to make sure everything is clean after my cleaning lady is going in for the other tenants to come. There is no linens provided when you have this condo you bring your own linens on my bed spreads were brand-new this year. The refrigerator was cleaned out memorial weekend empty nothing in it when I was there . The Wi-Fi was repaired before you all got there because it was a shortage we had bad weather the Comcast was there two days before you arrive you might've not know how to work the TV. I had all five star reviews before you are I don't see it being any changes I'm sorry about the AC shortly now we found out What the problem was and we replace the AC unit. It's from my neighbors we all a little condo area that we all know each other and help each other whenever we need to there's nothing wrong with him saying that they know me Is the phone conversation that we had after you rented I was on in my car on the Bluetooth and sometimes I could be sounding very loud I don't think I was rude I just said there's no cable only Wi-Fi and a smart TV I do give people Netflix so they can watch movies.

Great Place to stay

We had a great time staying at the Sea Mist. It was perfect for us - our famiy of three plus two friends of our teenage son. Very well appointed, quiet and easy to find. Nice to be north of the craziness of the boardwalk. Being right on the water was great - having morning coffee on the back porch was perfect.

Relaxing Stay

Truly was a home away from home. Perfect view of the bay, nearby to restaurants, beach, and fishing piers. There is a Food Lion about 3 blocks away to get groceries as well. Place was clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Great location

My family loved the location of this property. It is right on the bay and a short walk to the beach. It is also a short walk to grocery store and many restaurants. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great vacation

We had a great stay at this condo. The owner was very helpful and everything was as described in the description. The condo was big enough for our family of 8. The beach was within walking distance and there was also some parking available at the beach.

Was just large enought for our party.

We had a great time, never did get the tv to work, air conditioners dirty, and has a ton of light bulbs out, but would stay again. Despite those three things still had a great week.

This was my first time renting a condo. Overall, I am highly pleased. Argie made the entire process hassle free. The Condo was very spacious, and comfortable. There were a few small issues, but nothing too significant. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo!!!

2 owners, brother and sister,bought it for a great get away 2nd home which our family can enjoy. We fish and love water sports,and the beach of course!!!!! We love our beach time together with our family's. It's very warm with the comforts of home.

It's in the center of everything!! Walking distance from the Green Turtle, the ice skating rink in the
Carousel Hotel,the grocery store, the Gold Coast mall, and the fox movies,great walking around the bay and bicycling at the park!!!We fell in love with the location and the view on the back porch along with the serene location and how friendly all the neighbors are!!!!!

We fell in love with the back deck and picnic table where we have our morning coffee and watch the duckies in the water!!! Enjoying evening dinner out on the deck. Having a glass of wine with our neighbors!!!!! The grill right next to our condo it makes dinner so much easier!!!!And we can enjoy the beautiful sunsets!!!!
