Welcome to Sunburst! Sunburst is where design and detail come together for an unexpected surprise. Expect to be taken away with lush landscaping, vibrant interiors, and magical 2nd row ocean views.
Upon entering Sunburst, you will find a tiled foyer that leads to a handicap-accessible room, furnished with a Queen bed and a full handicap-accessible bath. Also, on this floor is a half bath and a den. This den is a relaxing hangout for people of all ages. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV, bistro seating, and a comfy sofa… a great way to enjoy this second living space!
The second floor is the main living area. Here is where you can enjoy views of the ocean through the vast windows that surround the living room. The open layout with vaulted ceilings offers a spacious feel for a fun family gathering in the living room or the kitchen! Rest assured you can see the ocean from both rooms. The well-stocked kitchen, dining room table, and cozy living room are filled with light and bright decor! There are also two additional bedrooms on this level; the King master suite with a master bath and a queen bedroom with a bath located off the dining area. Both rooms have deck access and large windows facing the ocean. The laundry room and pantry are just off the kitchen. A half bath is also on this floor for your convenience.
As you head up to the third floor, you will find the landing area that is easily a sitting/hangout area for the kiddos. This furnished landing also leads to 2 bedrooms furnished with a Queen bed and the second room with 3 Twin beds. These rooms are delightfully decorated and furnished in a way that makes it easy for everyone to enjoy their space. Also, on this level is a full bath that is shared by both rooms. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters.
This 2nd Row home is located just a few minutes’ walk (approx. 2 minutes) from the ocean access and community pool which is located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. There is a golf cart provided for an easier and more relaxing way to get your beach-going items and toes in the sand!
