The Space:

Soft ocean breezes drift in from the Pacific as palms sway just beyond your balcony. Mornings unfold with salt-tinged air and the sound of waves nearby, while evenings settle into warm coastal light and the steady rhythm of the shoreline. In Corral del Risco, life moves at an easy pace, shaped by tropical greenery and the ever-present water just steps away.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 baths, all set within a single level home with no stairs in home. Each bedroom offers bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, room-darkening shades, and air conditioning to keep your space comfortable. A crib and Pack ’n play/Travel crib are available for younger guests, along with extra pillows and blankets for added flexibility. Bathrooms include bathroom essentials and hot water, and a washer and dryer make longer stays simple and convenient.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, complete with a dining table for gathering over breakfast or relaxed dinners. Whether you’re blending tropical drinks, preparing fresh seafood, or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, the layout supports easy, comfortable dining at home. Barbecue utensils and a BBQ grill invite you to take meals outdoors when the mood strikes.



Outdoor living & amenities

Step onto the patio or balcony to feel the coastal breeze, or unwind in the backyard with outdoor furniture and sun loungers under the tropical sky. The property features an outdoor pool - open specific hours, heated, infinity - available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A sauna and gym offer additional ways to recharge, while resort access expands your options for leisure. With Waterfront positioning and Beach access right nearby, days can be spent by the ocean, kayaking, biking, or simply stretching out with beach essentials in hand. A hammock and outdoor dining area create inviting spaces to slow down and savor the setting.



Entertainment & comfort

Inside, Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, and a TV and ping pong table provide relaxed entertainment. Window guards, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher contribute to peace of mind throughout your stay. A safe offers added convenience for personal belongings.



Additional features

A private entrance ensures ease of arrival, and the building includes an elevator. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are available, along with luggage dropoff allowed for early arrivals or later departures. Long term stays allowed and cleaning available during stay support both short visits and extended retreats.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth and the Lobby of the condominium. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. The apartment is located on floor no.__2__, phase 1 so guests access it by elevator.

Getting Around:

The easiest access is by car.



Parking is free and exclusively for guests. You can park in the space that is available. Please note that space is subject to availability, only one vehicle per apartment will be admitted.



We recommend renting a car or using the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



Other Things to Note:

Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common that in the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
