Overall, I would rate this property 4/10.The house itself generally matched the listing photos in terms of the décor and furniture. Our biggest issue was the air conditioning. We arrived Friday to a house that was 77F inside. The thermostat wouldn't respond, so we contacted the host, who said she lowered it remotely. However, the house never cooled below 75F and reached 81F Saturday afternoon, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. She later offered to send an HVAC technician and asked if we would be at the house to let him in. We were not, as we were in town to enjoy our weekend and did not expect to spend part of our vacation waiting at the property for a repair appointment. By checkout Sunday morning, the house was still 75F.The kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking. There was no baking pan, limited cookware that smelled like it was burning due to the material, and we struggled to prepare a simple breakfast. Only a half-used roll of paper towels was provided, and we ran out.The front porch lights also did not work, making it not very safe walking from the driveway to the house after dark. There is a corner motion light that works.Lastly, the neighborhood was much busier than expected, with cars lining both sides of the street throughout our stay. While the home looked like the listing inside, the HVAC issues, limited kitchen supplies, and lack of working exterior lighting made this a disappointing stay. I would not book this property again.
