Best rental house

Private, peaceful and backs up to running water

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hidden gem in a neighborhood and close to town but still felt private. Best part was the area beyond the fenced backyard that backed up to a creek with running water. Will definitely be back. ONLY drawback was what others have already said, get blinds in the kitchen! Wide open to neighbors windows.

This was my favorite place I have ever stayed. The house is very comfortable and beautifully updated. I was very grateful for the fenced yard and dog friendly accommodations, as that is very difficult to find. The hot tub was sparkly clean and worked perfectly. Cleaning supplies were well stocked and easy to find.We will absolutely be back!

Wonderful experience, extremely clean and the host communicated great! Only issue is there were no blinds in the kitchen so lacked privacy in those areas.

We really liked it there, but the lack of privacy in the common areas due to missing blinds is still present. The fenced in backyard was great for the pups.Also, not really a property issue, but why there is no option for recycling next to the dumpster on the street is beyond me.

Regarding recycling, we completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, the street-side dumpster and waste services are managed by the city/HOA, and recycling options are sometimes limited in that area. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our four night stay. The house has been completely remodeled and everything is brand new. The home was very clean and was well equipped. We were able to connect our iPad to their TV and use Airplay to access our xfinity DVR. The hot tub was fabulous with really strong jets. Windows on the kitchen level weren’t covered but it didn’t bother us. Trent Park has a large new grassy area that is a short walk down the hill. Access was very easy. Our only disappointment was not being able to access the garage so no place to secure skis in winter or bikes in summer.
