We are directly across from the iconic Granite Mountain, offering stunning views and easy access to outdoor adventure. The Granite Mountain Trailhead is less than a 1/4 mile away, perfect for hiking, biking, horseback riding, or leisurely walks through nature.
The neighborhood is made up of large ranches, farms, and custom homes, giving it a laid-back, country feel while still being conveniently close to town. Youâll enjoy a true escape from the city without sacrificing access to amenities â historic downtown Prescott, with its restaurants, shops, and famous Courthouse Square, is just a 15-minute drive away.

We have a large, vocal but friendly dog on the propertyâheâs a great protector!
Another Airbnb, the Rustic Retreat, is also available to rent on the same 10-acre property for additional space.
