The space
Welcome to your private getaway in North Tustin! This spacious (1,800 sq ft) 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement apartment offers comfort, privacy, and a touch of fun. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the large living room includes a cozy sectional and a computer desk for work or planning your adventures.

Enjoy access to a shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, and even a waterslide—perfect for sunny California days. Indoor and outdoor dining areas each seat four, and there’s a pool table for your entertainment. The kitchenette is ideal for simple meals, and outside, a small orchard with six fruit trees adds a charming touch of nature.

While part of the property is separated by a functional fence that’s not picture-perfect, the rest of the surroundings are lush and serene—an inviting space to relax and recharge.
Other things to note
We have an unattractive safety fence in the backyard (see photos) temporarily.

Also note that the only bathroom is in the master bedroom.

Jacuzzi is heated upon request (2 hours notice).
