This bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath upper unit blends beachy comfort with island convenience, offering everything you need for a relaxed getaway. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, ceiling fans throughout, and a large screened balcony perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day in the sun.
Sleeping up to 4 guests, High Tide is ideal for couples, small families, or friends looking to enjoy the best of Manasota Key. Guests have shared access to the yard, garage storage, laundry, beach chairs, and gear, making your stay easy and stress-free. Please note: this is the upper unit of a duplex, and guests may be present in the lower unit during your stay.
Location is everythingâyou`re just a short walk to deeded beach access where you can enjoy soft sands, warm Gulf waters, and unforgettable sunsets. By booking and occupying this property, you agree to comply with the following House Rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, loss of deposit, or termination of the reservation without refund.
Occupancy
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Exceeding occupancy or misrepresentation of guest count may result in immediate termination without refund.
Minimum Age & Age-Restricted Communities
The primary renter must be at least 18 years old.
Some properties are located in HOA-governed or age-restricted communities, including 55+ communities. In these cases:
All guests, occupants, and visitors must meet HOA age requirements
Age restrictions may apply to primary renters and additional occupants
HOA approval or age verification may be required
Failure to comply may result in denied access, termination of the stay, or HOA fines. These situations are not grounds for a refund.
