The Koukaki neighborhood, where Misaraliotou 21 is located, offers excellent connectivity to the rest of Athens, making it easy to explore the city. 1.Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time to avoid disturbing other tenants. Thank you!

2. Pets - Animals are not permitted in our apartments, as they are not suitable for pets. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Smoking - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. However, you may smoke in the designated smoking spots.. Please ensure that cigarettes are properly extinguished all the time..

4. Parties - Please note that parties and large events are not allowed in the apartments, as they are not equipped for this type of use. Thank you for your cooperation.

5. Babies and Toddlers: If needed, we offer a cot, high chair, and additional mattresses to make your stay more convenient for families with young children.

5. Our Availability and Services: While we primarily operate virtually, we want you to know that we are always here for you. Whether you have questions related to the apartment or anything else, feel free to reach out at any time. We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional hospitality and support.

6.Security deposit - Please note a 250 EUR security deposit will be collected for each stay, refundable within 3 days of check-out, provided there’s no damage and house rules are followed.
