**Good to Know**:
This is the lower-level suite of our family home. Parking is behind the home, and so guests will need to cross the lawn and go down some steps to access the guest suite.

Garage parking with a garage door opener is available as an optional add-on ($6/night). It is secure and accessible via walking path. If interested, send us a message when booking to confirm it is available during your stay.

While the space is private and fully yours during your stay, you may occasionally hear everyday sounds from upstairs—we're a working household with two toddlers and a friendly, hypoallergenic goldendoodle (JoJo, who is not allowed in the guest suite outside of guest stays).
