This inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement apartment is tucked beneath a beautifully preserved 100-year-old home, offering vintage charm, warm touches, and modern essentials. It’s the perfect home base for urban explorers and outdoor adventurers alike.
Just minutes away from Downtown nightlife:
- Delta Center – for NBA, NHL games & major concerts
- The Complex, Metro Music Hall, The Depot, Union Event Center – live shows & nightlife
- Crown Burgers – a local legend
- Utah State Capitol – explore the grounds or catch sunset views

Do not park on right side of house or across the street. Thank you!
Please be aware that the kitchen ceiling is low due to historic construction. Rest of home is normal height ceilings.
