Summary:
Brand new modern 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, complete with everything you will need to feel at home, while you are here to relax. Home is equipped with a water filtration system so, yes you can drink the water! Perfectly located near grocery stores, beaches, restaurants & Cabo pickleball is a 2 minute walk away. Parking & 24 hour onsite security. Clubhouse amenities include: large infinity pool, brand new gym, co-office working space all with breathtaking views.
The Space:
Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Dining table seating for four. Sit back and relax in cozy living room or balcony with stunning views.
Guest Access:
Enjoy and relax within the entire unit as well access to the community clubhouse with infinity pool with the 180 degree view of the Sea of Cortez.
To access the clubhouse, exit the building and follow the road down toward the round about; to the left you will find the Clubhouse where you will find the pool, fully equipped gym and fire pit.
The Neighborhood:
Drive all the way towards the end of Via la Paloma, past and to the left of the Casa Mexicana neighborhood is the gates for Cabo Costa. The building is Arena, which is the first building as you enter the gates.
Getting Around:
CABOCOSTA is in Google and Uber maps. Use CABOCOSTA to navigate your way to the gate.
Other Things to Note:
While this unitâs building is completed this development is still under construction. Construction noise could occur from 8am-6pm weekdays and from 8am-1pm Saturdays.
How to use Sonos Speaker:
1. Connect to WiFi: Make sure your phone is connected to the residency WiFi network
(You can download Sono App, follow the instructions and automatically will detect the speaker and you can play music on your favorite streaming app)
2. For apple device (AirPlay): Swipe down the top right corner to open control center, tap AirPlay icon and select Sonos speaker
3.From Spotify (any device): Open Spotify app and play any song, then tap âDevices Availableâ icon at the bottom and select Sonos speaker
The device does not support Bluetooth connection, do not unplug the speaker, so please make sure to be always connected to the WiFi.
