Ft. Lauderdale home

This is such a nice place to stay, with the pool and deck on the canal you almost don’t even need to leave the property to enjoy the beauty of the area. Next time I come down I will be looking to stay here again. The property managers were excellent and personably.. just a text message away from any questions. They also provide a very detailed binder about the rules/boat rentals/things to do in the area etc.

Just Wonderful!!

This property is perfect. Great location with easy access to beaches, great restaurants and lots of things to do. Beds are so comfortable! Kitchen has everything you would need. And the pool! Fantastic, clean, great size and the best views of the canal with fun boat traffic to pass the time while you swim and sun on the patio area. Highly recommend!

Great location in Fort Lauderdale! Close to beach and Downtown town/Riverwalk yet in quiet secluded neighborhood with awesome canal view. House is very roomy. We only had 4 people but it is still great for 8 with 4 large bedrooms and huge outdoor/pool area.Val from Florida Short Stay property management company was wonderful! We had minor entry issue and she resolved it immediately. Our stay was in very cold weather and the HVAC heater stopped working one day. She came over checked everything and eventually found the solution and we stayed warm!

Fantastic location

We loved the location of this house. Stunning views. The pool and outdoor space was bigger than it looks online. The bedrooms inside are all quite big. We barely used the indoor space as the weather was awesome. The property manager (Val) was fabulous. Very quick to respond. We were super grateful for the later checkout when our flight home was delayed. Would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay in Ft Lauderdale

This is the third time that I have rented this house over the last 5+ years. The view is simply amazing. They recently updated the decking by the canal and it is a nice addition and compliments the views well. The house and the location are great. Easy access to the beach and Las Olas Blvd. The check in and check out were very easy. I extended my stay by a few days once I was there and the management company was very easy to deal with. Overall great experience and we will be back at some point.

The overall decor is in need of refurbishment, particularly the curtains in the primary bedroom. The kitchenware is a mishmash of sets and the cooking utensil are a jumble of sets and styles (I would prefer to see a single set of cutlery and a coordinated set of cooking utensils). Overall the decor could do with a refresh - e.g. paint, new kitchen table set. The pool, deck and water views are fantastic, a lovely place to hang out. The location is great, close to Los Old Blvd and the oceanfront with Publix and CVS close by. The road is quiet and safe, we would deserters to the neighborhood.

Fantastic views and great location

The house is located in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood without through traffic. While not quite walking distance, it is still very close to Las Olas Boulevard restaurants, multiple grocery stores, and the beach. The selling point of the house is obviously the very large back yard and amazing views. The house is on the older side but is perfectly comfortable and decorated in a traditional style we liked. We did not figure out if there was something wrong with the outdoor electric outlets or if it was user error, but we were not able to get electricity from those. One of the master bathroom's sinks drained a bit slow and as is typical with rental houses, the pots/pans in the kitchen were not great. Overall, we really enjoyed the house, and out of the many houses we have stayed at in the FLL area, would much prefer this one over any of them!

the location is amazing . great private community but yet close to the beach and las olas . The backyard has the best views u can get . great to just relax or do any type of water sports u might like. A perfect getaway from the winter up north.

Great Stay

We recently stayed at this house and our group had a great time. The house was clean, spacious, and in an outstanding location. We are already planning on booking it again. Unless you are staying on the beach you will not find a better view. The pool is quite a bit larger than the pictures convey.

Nice stay in sunrise key home

Very nice house, yard, pool. Owners left enough supplies to get us started. Kitchen well stocked . Only complaint was for the money the owners didn’t supply beach chairs until we requested them which they had locked away. Other then that, location and home was a big hit with our family.

Location is beautiful

We loved our stay here. The home was immaculately maintained. The location was perfect and we had everything we needed. This was our first time in Ft. Lauderdale and we plan to return. Plenty to do for everyone.

Great stay

7 of my friends and I stayed at this house. Check-in was easy with a code lock on the door and the house was absolutely gorgeous. The pool and view were the best part of the house. We stayed in and grilled one night for dinner. There are spices and cooking supplies in the kitchen. There was a regular coffee pot and the owners supplied coffee filters. The grocery store was about a ten minute drive away. We had an awesome time!
