The Space:
Come enjoy Grande Cayman - located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC! You will enjoy the view from your balcony PLUS being in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach. The resort has amenities for you and the entire crew to enjoy!

Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: Easy access private parking garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.

Living Area: Murphy pull out bed. Sleeper sofa. Access to balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom: King bed. TV.

Bathroom: Tub/shower combo.

Balcony: Private balcony with oceanfront views. Seating!

Beach: 4 beach chairs are in the condo for your enjoyment. Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.

Laundry: On-site complex - pay to use - machines available on the 3rd floor.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, ON-SITE HOUSEKEEPING.

The unit is located in Grande Cayman Resort - situated in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, SC.

Getting Around:
2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine pest control happens every month at this condo via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 6.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
