The Space:

This cozy and well appointed beachfront studio offers a King-size bed that is both soft and comfortable, so you can get a good night's sleep. The accommodations provide enough space for a maximum of two guests, where you can unwind in front of a 50-inch 4K smart Samsung or LG. From your own private balcony on the eighth floor you'll enjoy unmatched views of the sun rising over the Atlantic Ocean, or gaze up at the stars at night. Take advantage of the community's vast array of available amenities to create unforgettable memories with your loved one. The area is an excellent location to enjoy the Promenade and Boardwalk, both of which are just a few steps away. Don't feel like venturing out of your room to eat? The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, such as an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster. Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guests can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, gym as well as indoor pool and hot tub.



☀MAINTENANCE REMINDER☀

In the off-season, homeowner associations and owners have the opportunity to perform property maintenance and renovations, which may affect resort amenities, pools, and possibly result in unanticipated construction noise. We will make every effort to ensure that all our listings are up to date. However, in the event that any amenities are closed or construction noises are heard, there will be no refunds issued.



The Neighborhood:

Conveniently situated oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and about 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, shops, and restaurants.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or restaurants.

The resort is within driving distance to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, which is approximately 4 miles away.



Other Things to Note:

All suites managed by Casanita Properties have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged). Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will be waiting for you in your suite.

❃NON-SMOKING ❃

Patricia Grande is a smoke-free / tobacco-free Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.



Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.



❃NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ❃ Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.



❃POOL BANDS❃ To ensure you have full access to the pool area, pool bands are provided for your stay. We kindly ask that you return all pool bands to the unit at checkout. In the event a band is lost or misplaced, a $25 replacement fee per band will apply.



❃PETS are NOT allowed in this unit.



Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.



Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
