The host was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is clean. The bathroom and the warm water tubes could use a bit of maintenance, but overall worth it!

Best location for us. We spent most of our time at the museums on the upper east side, just a few minutes by crosstown bus from this upper west side location. Or a 20 minute, beautiful walk across Central Park, from west to east. There were dozens of eating places within blocks of the apartment. Felt perfectly safe walking in the neighborhood, either day or night. Apartment is in an old brownstone, typical of the best neighborhoods in NYC. There were three flights of uneven stairs up to our place. Lots of closet and shelf space. 5 x 5‘ kitchen, which could use some updating. Bedroom mattress was relatively soft. Living room sofa was comfortable to sleep on. There is only one hotel in this area and renting an apartment is the best way to be comfortable and have space to spread out and to save money by having homemade or takeout meals instead of restaurants.
Small but with full size refrigerator and gas oven
2 blocks from beautiful Central Park. 20 minute walk to rowboat rental.

The hospitality team is amazing. Great communication, reliable effort, and personalized care. The space is well decorated and perfectly appointed for a minimalist New York City apartment experience.Specific location is on 83rd next-door to an affordable housing building. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift. Walking distance to all of the wonderful things that the Upper West Side can offer.

The location was incredible. A Manhattan apartment, so not huge, and a walk up but for my five-week business trip to have the kitchen, a table, the WiFi, and the SmartTV. Groceries and laundry service nearby. (With a short walk to Broadway and south, an affordable grocery store was a budget lifesaver.) Good choice, especially for a longer stay.The management was very professional and not the kind of place that will cancel on you at the last minute.

Had a lovely experience here, loved the location and host was easy to get ahold of and responsive. The apartment building is a bit quirky but that’s what I love about New York. Definitely would stay here again.
