Here are the resort's rules for HOT TUB use:
1. From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM it is first come, first serve, no booking required.
2. From 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM, you will need to book an appointment for the hot tub usage. A maximum of 30 minutes of usage is allowed per appointment. Each reservation is allowed to book only one time slot per day.
3. Time slots can be reserved up to three days in advance. Set up your time slot if you would like to use the hot tub. (We will send you the link)
4. Once the time slot is booked, take a screenshot for your reference. Please be aware that you can only enter the Hot Tub Room during your appointment time. You shall not use the hot tub during any other time slot for any reason, even to just have a look in. Fines up to $300CAD might apply if this rule is not followed.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 11 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
