Newly renovated 2 story modern loft located on Baxter Street, just minutes away from the University of Georgia, Sanford Stadium, and downtown Athens. You’ll have easy access to all of the campus events and the best local attractions. Our condo is thoughtfully designed with UGA families and visiting sports fans in mind, providing a relaxing retreat after a busy day of exploring, attending events, or spending time with your student.

Guest must be at least 24 years old to book and must submit a valid state-issued ID card to verify identity.

About the Space:
This newly decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers an open, loft-style layout with vaulted ceilings, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds with luxury Egyptian cotton sheets, cool gel mattresses, down-alternative mattress pads, and gel memory foam pillows to ensure you rest easy after a day of activities.

A cozy bonus area with bunk beds provides additional space for younger kids. (Max weight 150lbs per bed). Whether you’re unwinding in the living room or retreating to your own private bedroom, the condo is equipped with everything you need for an stress-free stay.

Disclaimer:
The condo is located on the second floor of the building. There is no elevator.
Once inside, the condo is two stories. Unfortunately, the home is not toddler friendly as there are no gates or outlet covers, and the furniture is not tethered to the walls, etc. Owner not responsible for guests tripping on stairs, pulling furniture down, or other injuries. Stay at your own risk.

The owner reserves the right to add or remove decor and furnishings based on the season and the need to replace them due to damage, upgrades, etc.

Guest access
Each guest receives a private combination code for the Schlage WiFi keyless entry lock. It will work at the start of reservation time and be auto-disabled at end. If you need more time please contact me to arrange ahead of time, because cleaners come shortly after checkout time.
Check-in time may be flexible as long as the home is ready for you.
In case of the rare event the batteries should die or the code doesn’t work in the door, there is a backup lockbox with hard key. Call host if the lockbox needs to be accessed.
