Welcome to Blue Star Hideaway! Our secluded 5-bedroom home is perfect for families/couples, featuring a hot tub, large pool (closed for the season), 3 seasons room, and fun basement game room. Located <4 miles from downtown South Haven and close to Van Buren State Park, it's an ideal spot for relaxation and exploration. Enjoy ample space, privacy, and comfort in beautiful Southwest Michigan. Your tranquil retreat with modern amenities awaits!
The space
As you pull up to Blue Star Hideaway, you'll enter your retreat surrounded by trees for your privacy. There is plenty of room to park with our long driveway and garage. Driving an EV? We've got you covered there too with a Level 2 charging outlet.

As you enter your hideaway, you'll be greeted by a grand living area with room for you and your family to relax. Grab a drink and a bite to eat in our gorgeous kitchen, which is fully stocked with tools for the chef in the family to do their best work.

On the main floor, we have 3 bedrooms. The first room has a beautiful king bed with amazingly comfortable Casper mattresses and pillows. The en-suite bathroom features an amazing shower with two shower heads and plenty of space for all your belongings. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and bedroom 3 features a queen bed and a bunk bed with full size mattresses. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a beautiful bathroom in the hall.

Upstairs, you'll be greeted by two bedrooms. Bedroom 4 has a king bed and plenty of space for our folding crib or air mattress if you need some extra space for a little one. Bedroom 5 is fitted with a queen bed and two full beds, plenty of space for the kids or a family. These bedrooms also share a bathroom in the upstairs hall.

After you've picked your rooms and dropped your bags, head down to the three seasons room which features a huge sitting area, TV and fireplace. If outdoor relaxing is more your style, you've come to the right place. Our patio features beautiful outdoor furniture where you can share a bottle of wine around the fire table or a meal at the large dining area outside. If the sun gets to be too much, we have a huge cantilever umbrella that allows you to lounge in the shade. Play bags or volleyball on the soft grass behind the patio as the sunsets over the trees.

All of the above is made complete by the huge in ground pool that you'll be able to enjoy whether its hot or chilly due to it being heated to the perfect temps. The crystal clear salt water is just waiting for you to jump in.

And if it's raining or cold, we've got you covered too! Head down to the basement for some fun and games. We have air hockey, shuffle board, pac man, and more! A huge tv invites you to watch the big game or catch a movie with the family. The chalkboard wall will provide hours of fun for the kiddos!

Finally, Michigan weather can be unpredictable sometimes, so we've outfitted this home with a whole home generator. Never worry about the power being knocked out in a storm because our generator can power your fun and relaxation even when everybody else's power is out.
