Charming Orchid House 1-bedroom townhome 2 Guest Max 25 Years Old

Discover the beauty of Tampa from this 1-bedroom townhome. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Bedroom and full bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. (The 2nd floor has a loft that is used only for our family when they visit. It will be vacant at your stay, sorry the guests will have no access to the loft, but no one will be using the loft.
We offer amenities like, full equipped kitchen, eating kitchen, desk for work in the event you come to Tampa for pleasure and work. It has a beautiful, spacious living room, Wi-Fi, AC, In the bedroom you will find a nice queen size bed, fresh linens, iron and iron board. Nice closet with hanger. An dresser and an extra TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, body wash, liquid hand soap, towels. The 2 guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring by the enclosed front porch.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the house, nor the porch nor the parking lot. NO Marijuana at all.

House Rules- Rental Agreement ** Orchid House

*1) No Smoking of any kind is permitted inside or outside, including vamping, e-cigarettes, cigars recreational or medical smoking is not permitted. NO Marijuana please. No Smoking by the front door, by the porch, by the parking lot or in any area in the property.
*2) 2 adults max. Due to the “Nature of the Property”. Sorry No Children are allowed.
*3) The bathroom and master bedroom are located on the 2nd floor. There is a loft on the 2nd floor, Guests cannot access the loft. Is only used when our family visits. Nobody will be staying at the loft during your stay.
*4) All Guests Must be at least 25 Years Old. ONLY registered guests are allowed in the house.
*5) All guests are required to submit a Valid Government ID (Valid Driver's License or Valid Passport.) This is required for Each Guest. Please submit once we approve the inquiry via VRBO text-app. Please submit the ID's within 24 hours max once we approve the reservation- inquiry.
If guests send a reservation to check-in the same day, then we will need the IDs, within 1 hour once we accepted the reservation-inquiry or the reservation will be cancelled.
If guests have a visit (extra guests) they must submit their driver's licenses of their guests. No sleeping over is allowed. Every guest must be 25 years old at least. Pls respect the house rules.
* **5a) When reservation is for 2 guests, we need to confirm BOTH guests read & agreed to All the house rules. *Must be confirmed in order to accept the reservation. (This is required due to bad experience w- other guests).
*6) When guests stay for over 2 weeks, we will need access to the house Twice a month just to check everything is working well like plumbing, electricity and to change the air filter when needed.
it takes about 10 minutes. We will ask in advance permission to enter.
*7) NO Pets are permitted on the premises (inside and outside). No emotional support animal, even if is trained as service dog. We suffer severe allergies from pets. We even carry an Epi-pen because we develop hives from pets. No pets
*8) No live plants.
*9) No parties are permitted.
*10) The house it's attached to another home, you will have your Privacy as you have the entire place, however, please be Mindful and Respectful to the other people in the apartment attached, you might hear TV or music, if playing too loud.
*11) Quite hours 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM
*12)NO redecorating, re- arranging or moving furniture around the house is permitted. If guest(s) need n special accommodation contact Us before moving any furniture in the house. Furniture and floors can get damaged.
*13) No bicycles, electrical bicycles, scooters, ETC or any kind of transportation (for work or recreational) are not permitted INSIDE THE HOUSE or INSIDE THE PORCH. Previous guests broke 2 doors. The guests can leave them outside by the front yard at guest’s Risk. We DO NOT have any storage, gate, garage ETC to park above transportation outside the house.
No electrical transportation is permitted to be charged from the house.
*14)No candles are permitted. Can cause fire.
