Welcome to this spacious, two-level townhome in the beautiful Springfield area! Perfect for families or friends, this home offers plenty of space to relax, have fun, and spend quality time together. This end-unit townhouse is a great blend of carpeted and hardwood floors, adding to its welcoming feel. Main Floor | Enjoy a comfortable living area with a sectional couch, a smart TV, and a large, well-equipped kitchen – ideal for cooking meals or just savoring your morning coffee. Upper Level | Features a master bedroom, two cozy smaller bedrooms, and a full bathroom with both a large bathtub and a standing shower. With 2 queen beds, a full bed, and two extra floor mattresses, the house can comfortably sleep 6-8 guests. Outdoor Spaces | The home includes a charming front porch and backyard garden access for a bit of fresh air and relaxation. First and second floors, main kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living area, are all availble for guests to enjoy all to themselvs exclusivly. No shared or common areas. The basement is not part of your rentals. It has its own separate entrance, and the door between it and your part of the house remains locked at all time. The basement area is occupied by another tenant. Guests have full access to the main house through the main entrance, and no areas are shared. I look forward to hosting you in this comfortable and convenient Springfield retreat! The best and easiest way to get in touch is through Airbnb messaging. However, I am also availble in-person in case I am needed. The basement is not a part of the rental property and it’s separated with a locked door at all times.

I always make sure my guests have a relaxing experience, plus, I am only one message away when needed. I speak English, Arabic and Italian for those who want to practice their foriegn languages skills!

- "Perfect for 3 adults. Three bedrooms so we each had our own room. Beds were very comfortable. The 1/2 bath downstairs was very handy! Kitchen was large and well stocked with basics. The stand alone water cooler was a huge bonus! The full bath with 2 sinks was large enough to have a garden bathtub and a separate shower. 2 sinks allowed 2 people to get ready seethe same time!Having an assigned parking spot was the icing on the cake! We could come and go at any time without worrying about parking. Definitely enjoyed our stay at this property!"

With windows on 3 sides, it was flooded with light and the decor and amenities were spot-on. I really enjoyed my short stay here an will definitely be back. My flight came in extremely late so I was paranoid about check-in. There was no need for that; the directions of getting the key and getting inside could not have been easier to follow. The parking is mere steps from the entrance and the whole area was lighted up for moving around safely.
Once inside, the whole house was just charming. In the morning the back deck overlooked a beautiful privately fenced back garden that then opened up into a huge open tree & grass area which backed up to other townhouses circled around it. There was even a doe with her older fawn grazing off on one side near the large trees between the house & the road, which made my day 😃🥰"
