Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from this recently renovated 3rd floor condo in a sought-after gated community. Charleston Oceanfront Villa 303 is an impressive 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom residence features the luxury of master primary suites, providing ultimate comfort and privacy. Each of the four bedrooms boasts its own en suite bathroom, ensuring convenience for everyone.
As part of this exclusive community, you'll have access to two sparkling swimming pools, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the South Carolina sunshine. This oceanfront retreat offers the ideal blend of breathtaking views and effortless convenience to Folly Beach! *Please note, the condo is currently undergoing renovations and updated photos will be added in the near future*
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are dual primary bedrooms offer one king bed, each including direct balcony access providing exquisite sunrises & ocean views. Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto your balcony to soak in the coastal scenery. Bedroom 3 is equipped with a queen bed and ensuite bath. The 4th bedroom has a set of twin beds and also an attached full bathroom with additional access from the hallway.
Take dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests for frame-worthy photo opps. Stroll through local shops and markets*, have seafood and southern cuisine at one of our many local restaurants, walk down the pier where you can also try your luck at fishing, and check out live entertainment in downtown Folly Beach. Historic downtown Charleston is only about a 20-25 minute drive away. Downtown Charleston offers historic tours, world-class dining and boutiques, souvenir shopping, museums and much more!
There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, keyless entry and contactless check-in. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators.. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. NOTICE: Construction is past this condo! The time frame for each individual condo having their porch replaced has already been blocked off on the calendar. Open dates are available to book and free from the construction project. Complex is over half way done with renovation project on the building. This project is scheduled to be complete by the end of August, 2025 & necessary to ensure the continued beauty and structural integrity of the building for years to come.
