The home was undergoing a nearly complete renovation prior to the Pacific Palisades fire, and was professionally remediated afterward, with brand-new furnishings arriving post-fire. Unaffected structurally, this property now offers an ideal setting for families, executives, and creatives.
Step into a bright, airy living area featuring high ceilings and a contemporary layout, thoughtfully designed to blend luxurious comfort with everyday functionality. The spacious top-floor primary suite offers a private sanctuary, while two additional upstairs bedrooms share a sleek, modern bathroom. The flexible first-floor bedroom can effortlessly transform into an office, second living room, or guest suite, accommodating a variety of needs.
The open-concept design integrates seamlessly with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, ideal for cooking and entertaining. Relax beside the dual fireplaces located in the family room and living room, providing warmth and ambiance during cooler evenings.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
