Bishop is waiting for you at this 2 bedroom/2 full bath house. Nestled in a superb setting on a private street this tranquil retreat is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, UGA football games, track meets, equestrian events or other events in the Athens area. We are located across from the UGA Equestrian center and only 9.9 miles from Sanford Stadium, 3 miles from Watkinsville, and 15 minutes to Madison. We are also 9 miles to the new NCAA spots complex on S Milledge. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and a private bath with handicapped accessible shower. The second bedroom has a full bed with a full bath just outside in the hallway. With a convertible couch in the living room that can be rearranged for one or two more guests, this cottage ensures a serene night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and a full size washing machine/dryer, your stay will be convenient and comfortable. We hope you enjoy what our place and Bishop has to offer.

This charming cottage was perfect! It was spotless, had everything we needed and was in a convenient location to our family and the event we came to attend! The host was very responsive. We would stay again!

The owner was very responsive and the house very clean. Clear description about the distance to Athens and the stadium. We had plenty of room with 4 teenagers and two adults and enjoyed the quiet after a busy day in Athens to see the Bulldogs win!

This place was awesome , immaculate and very cozy. Very close to Athens Ga. Very quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes . Check in was very easy as well as check out . All new and updated amenities, large screen tvs washer and dryer , fridge and stove. We did not want for anything at all . You can enjoy exactly what it states in the property listing plus more . I would stay there again in the future.

One of the most pleasurable experiences I’ve had on this platform. Jolee communicated well and often. Had check-in info early. Home was absolutely STUNNING! The location was great in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was beautiful and equipped with everything one would need for their stay. Home was clean, spacious and open. I think I want the plan details from the builder. If I could book this property a year out, I definitely would. I’ll be looking for this property for my next trip to the area for sure.

Exceeded expectations. A beautiful home with modern amenities and high ceilings and large windows. Large kitchen with marble countertops including a large island. Large master bath with large walk in shower. Beautiful lot surrounded by large homes on large rural lots. Quiet and peaceful. The owner is easy to contact with great communication and the home has quick access to Athens, Watkinsville and Madison. The owner even treated us with farm fresh eggs laid by their personal hens. We just could not have asked for a better place to stay while being in town for a weekend in Athens and the Georgia vs Texas football game. Highly recommend!
