Lake-Views A Go-Go!! This Hidden Gem has beautiful views from the living room, the primary bedroom, and from any of the seats on the lakefront deck.
Fishing Pier.. and oversized deck with loungers and chairs are perfect for a lazy day by the water or on the water with fishing boat and two kayaks provided. Outdoor dining set, Charcoal grill (charcoal provided) and pretty string lights make a sweet setting to grill and have dinner by the lake. Fire pit is close by in case it gets chilly and marshmallows need roasting. Wind down your night by the water with a little stargazing to the sounds of croaking Bullfrogs.
Looking for a bit of adventure.. take a bike ride around the lake (bikes available upon request) or load up the car with a picnic and head 15 min up the road to beautiful Potato Creek State Park where you’ll find a quaint beach, miles of walking trails, and a large lake with beautiful Oak trees to shade under with a good book. Or head to downtown Laport just 10 min away for vibey restaurants, coffee houses and charming boutiques.
All this = A great choice for a fun getaway and sweet memories that will last way longer than your stay

A few things-
*Our cleaning service does a really amazing job at keeping the home immaculate so you can enter worry free. They cover the basics such as laundry, vacuuming, windows and re stocking toiletries. We do ask that you take all food and drink with you when you leave.. and we operate on the old adage that please “ If you make a mess.. clean the mess” our housekeeping will handle the rest.

*Quiet hour after 9:00 pm.. Please. We are a very quiet neighborhood with neighbors close on both sides.. please be respectful of that and keep noise level to a minimum. If complaints are received your stay may be modified and that would just be a drag

*No additional guests beyond those included on reservation
*All refunds are processed in accordance with the platform's cancellation policies: however, credit card processing fees will not be refunded for cancellation’s made through VRBO direct bookings
*Parking is in front of the 3 bay garage with brown doors.
*Property access details supplied once booked
*We take great pride in keeping the space clean for everyone.. and ask that you please leave your shoes at the door and off furniture.
